We called in delivery on Saturday night and ordered sheet size pizza with wings. The wait time was an hour as advised when we ordered. The wings were amazing, cooked perfectly crispy and super juicy. Loved the sauce options. The pizza was good, thick crust and the cheese was decadent. Pepperonis were small. read more

Great Italian assorted sub and the pizza is also great. Good seating too definitely recommended read more

Items are always ready when promised. Love the pizza, wings and calzones. Lots of topping choices.

There is a small dining room with counter service at the Lakeville location. Usually we order take out and recently had a Philly Steak pizza. The flavor was delicious, there were several toppings on the pizza and it hit the spot. We also like the chicken wings and salads they offer. read more

It can be hit and miss on the pizza sometimes but generally its good. But the wings are fantastic. read more

This ain't no pizza that's for sure! It's basically a loaf of bread it's so damn thick!!

I had one of the best tuna subs here. There was only one guy working and it wasn't busy, but he was quick and very pleasant. Ill try this place again. read more

So I placed and order for delivery online and about 5 minutes later I got an email saying they cancelled the order.

Raw, doughy crust. Had to finish baking it at home. Terribly disappointing pizza. I don't think it even deserves one star.

Very LOOOOOOOONG wait! Two times now we have ordered for delivery, have been told 30 - 45 minutes, and both times we have waited over 1 hour; tonight we have now passed the 1.5 hour wait. Last time the pizza was room temperature when we got it. I called the store and they said they were waiting on the drivers! If the pizza arrives at room temperature again...... Good food, but if you get delivery order a long time before you want to eat. read more

I will always enjoy this pizza as its got a great ratio of sauce to cheese and the flavor is great. I suggest this place to anyone looking for great tasting and affordable pizza read more

What a horrible experience. I usually like Pizza Paul's. However, they have definitely lost any future service from me. I will always go to Vincenzos from now on. Food is better there anyways. I ordered from Pizza Paul's at 540pm for a quick meal deal for the family. Was told it would be 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins for delivery. I called back after 1 hour and 25 minutes and was told he was on his way. Another 20 minutes goes by. I call again at 710 and hear more excuses. They offered to discount the order 50% and he will be there soon. Still waiting... 740 comes and goes, mind you that's 2 hours after placing the order. I called back to cancel the order. No thanks. What a joke. In no universe should a delivery of a pizza and wings take more than 2 hours!!! Never again. read more

No idea how this place is still in business. Easily the worst pizza I've had. Wish I'd taken a pic. The crust was so bubbled up it encroached well into the sweet spot of the pizza. Loaded with sauce and barely any cheese. The cheese that was on it was only covering the middle half. Very disappointed that we paid for this. Not even going to give this one a second chance. read more

What a disaster!! The sheet thin crust pizza was not thin. The cheese was over cooked and dry. There was a dearth of pepperoni. The chicken wings while cooked extra crispy as asked, had no sauce on them whatsoever. Had I seen the wings before I left I would have told the young girl to keep them. The small pizza with this order was just as bad. It was over cooked, dry and had very few of the green olives that I asked for. Spent over $90. Never Again. Stay away from this disaster of a pizza business. read more

Very greasy but sometimes you want that. Pasta sauce needs more flavor but limited options in the area so I'll likely order again. Not soo greasy you cant eat it but might need to drain your slices over the sink first. read more

Ordered mozzarella sticks and a ham sub. We sat and waited for 15 minutes. My sub wasn't cut, was falling apart, and dripping oil. I didn't order oil on my sub so that was annoying. Bit in to it and like 3 small chuncks of ham fell out but mostly mayo and tons of lettuce. The mozzarella sticks weren't cooked all the way so the cheese wasn't very warm or gooey. read more

Sadly, food quality is not consistent!! We were served burnt and beyond... burnt chicken wings. Not as the girl put it "a little toasty." The taco salad was a taco disaster. If you know it's bad why send it out to your customer that way?? This was a Monday night, what will you do over the weekend? read more

Oh my god it was delicious, hot delicious Paul's balls in my mouth after 12am on a Friday is a must have.

Good food...but a looooooong wait! Called in our order was told 15 min...over 1hr later they pulled the pizza out of the oven. I don't mind waiting if they are apologetic or had compensated us in someway...but they did not. :-( won't be back any time soon. read more

Terrible.. Bought two slices of pizza at around 3pm.. Sat down in the dining area to eat it and it was hard as a rock. Apparently was from a pizza that was cooked early morning.. Asked if we could exchange for the slices that were just coming out of the oven and they said no. Told them you got to be kidding me and thy decline 2nd time.. We just left our slices there and left very upset.. Will never go there again.. read more

Ordered last night food showed up 2 hours later some of the worst Subs I've ever had the bread was over a week old extremely dry falling apart one piece of meat on each sub I called the next day to get my money back and the manager yelled at me telling me he couldn't do anything because I didn't call that night I explained to him that we didn't get home until late he didn't care and still continued to be nasty so I told him I was not going to fight with him and have a wonderful day and he hung up I will never go back read more

You messed up an order of wings, then proceeded to tell the customer to get a job & stop living off of welfare ? Are you kidding me? The food has & will always been absolute crap. Your bathroom smells better than the restaurant itself. Your tables are ALWAYS sticky. Have you ever heard of washing them? Disgusting. read more

Second time we ordered from Pizza Pauls... first time it was an hour wait (they told me it would be 30 minutes when I called) and I finally drove down and picked up my cold, burnt pizza. Four months later I thought I would give it another try. Spent $25.00 on a small dry, burnt pizza, and a dozen salty, cold, boneless garlic wings. Lesson learned. Won't go back ever. read more

freakin' gross "pizza" made by 15 year old kids good luck getting the toppings that you paid for no matter what you order, you get the same crappy pizza read more

We waited over an hour and a half for our food to be delivered. Called wondering where it is. The owner calls us lazy f*cks and to pick it up ourselves. My husband goes there to get it and it's still not ready. The owner gets in my husband's face and threatens him. I signed up for Yelp just to warn people. read more

Let me start by saying the pizza tastes good, BUT...the worst service and they dont care. My last two experiences. My pizza was not ready when i was told, no big deal, but while i was waiting the manager and some of his employees were behind the counter trash talking all the customers who complain, not even caring that i was standing there. then when my pizza was finally done, twice the time i was told, it was missing a topping. When i pointed it out to him that maybe some complaints are justified he was very rude and said he made it the way it was written. Gave them another shot last night, got delivery, should have looked at it before i paid. the pizza had clearly been tipped on its side. All cheese and toppings were on one side and the little plastic stand they put in the middle was upside down in the middle of one piece. I called and was rudely told that he doubted what i was saying and basically oh well. I've heard similar stories about them from other people, I wouldn't recommend them for anything. read more

We ordered a large pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni/onions. We picked up our order, brought it home.... box says 1/2 pepp/onion. The entire pizza was covered with pepperoni and onions. We politely called Pizza Paul's and explained our order was not correct and we would like a large cheese instead. The woman we spoke to was polite, however the manager in the background was yelling at her during the call. We were told we can drive the pizza back down only if it's completely untouched and they will exchange it. We politely explained that we attempted to take some of the onions off so our 3 kids would eat. We again said, we are not bringing it back, we would just like a cheese pizza since this was clearly your mistake and we spend a lot of money at this establishment. We were told we can purchase a cheese pizza for $17. My husband then drove down to show them and there was absolutely no apology.. he was told there were 2 pieces missing so we would not be refunded or be able to exchange the order. My husband was then told the we are not allowed to write a bad review and will be told to remove it. Clearly with the attitude we were given and the waste of money, time and gas we will be writing this review. Very disappointing and we will never order food from them again. read more
