I have stopped by on a number of occasions, usually for lunch when I'm in Leroy for work. They have a solid mix of the typical fair at a pizza joint and the food itself is solid as well. I moved here to LeRoy from Rochester 10 years ago and this was one of the first places I tried and I can say that it is really decent,the pizza is made just like the way my wife likes it plus they know how to make sure my chicken wings is extra crispy and their fish sandwich is good too me and over time I got to know certain staff members who are really good people if I ever had a problem I just call the pizza shop and they always corrected any problems/issues I had thanks for everything!! 5 star place read more

I don't recommend the french fries which is the ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars, and once or twice my order was missing the sauce/dip that it was supposed to come with. Alright the food tastes good. The delivery guys are nice. However, there is a very annoying inconsistency in quality. Sometimes u get a good meal, sometimes u get something else... Kinda like this pizza I got that bubbled up so high in the middle that all the toppings moved themselves to the outside rim of the pizza and the sauce that must have cooked off in the oven? The pizza took about 25 minutes to be ready as expected. The Deep Dish Pizza was thick, which was topped with melted mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, and topped with lots of tomato sauce. The crust was firm and thick, on the soft doughy side. The pizza was very filling to eat and tasty. After eating 2 slices, I was all set and saved the rest of the pizza for the next couple days. Quality has gone down hill drastically over the last two years. Between their delivery driver BANGING on my door (with the wrong address) and getting upset when I opened the door and confronted him about banging on my door at 11PM, only for him to tell me he thought he had the right address... told him there is absolutely no reason to be pissed off at me, at 11pm, for waking ME up. Ridiculous. To being hung up on multiple times while placing orders. Been going here for years, and to see this kind of behavior over the last year. is pretty sad. As I like their food. Our go-to for ordering delivery pizza. Their wings are good, but we usually go for the boneless...and little more meat for your $$$ and such a great variety of sauces we are never disappointed. We rarely order much more than pizza but have occasionally gotten sandwiches, however, they just aren't our favorite in town for that. I love the online ordering system...no one else in LeRoy has that and it can get annoying during busy times trying to phone in an order and just getting a busy signal or having no one pick up...so much appreciated. Our favorite is the regular crust, white garlic sauce, sausage, spinach and ricotta. YUM! we occasionally get the pan crust as well just to switch it up. Honestly, this is the first time I'm leaving a review. i'm literally NEVER one to complain. But, currently it's 11:14 PM on a Saturday night. Their hours are listed as 11 AM to 12 AM. i started trying to call and order food at 10:30PM. The phone kept ringing and ringing and i assumed they were busy so i tried calling again at 11PM and it still kept ringing. Come to find out, they closed almost two hours early to go to the towns Oatka Festival! If i could give 0 stars for this type of unprofessionalism, then i definitely would. read more

I'd love to say better of a once wonderful pizzeria. I personally order from here quite frequently and fewer times have I been satisfied with my order. The sauce choices are great. I've ordered pizza where it is tasteful at times but more than lately it has been quite the opposite. There chicken tenders have been more crunch than chicken at all, but again in the past I've had there tenders be tender white meat coated in a country sweet bbq sauce. I of course love their veggies which are usually crisp , and fresh which is a big positive in my book. All I've got to say is with the right employees maybe it could be great . good pizza relies on teamwork! when it was ficarellas they had the best hot steak subs. they have gone down hill steadily. I bought my last sub from there last week. ordered mozz mushrooms onions and peppers. the whole thing was only about a quarted inch thick with nothing at all 2 inches from either end. I had passed no less than five pizza places to get it.thats how good it used to be. it was fri night at eight thirty and a thirty minute drive I wasn't going to run it back and wait another thirty minutes for them to make me another one. decided to call back on Monday and talk to the owner. he wasn't in . the manager said that they have a same day policy. and she doesn't under stand how that was possible as they weigh their meat. read more

Try not to take this as biased, I worked at this joint for half of my life. I currently am on sabbatical but this was always a great place to eat and work. Go with the pan pizza or the half sheet. The buttery crust just kills it! My coworkers were always fun to work with and if you know the owner, or even if you dont, he'll talk your ear off. I've worked at other 'za shops, they all had something great to offer. But Pastore's is good food!
