We got some pepperoncini pizza and 12 each of BBQ and medium wings to take out. All the food was good, but their buffalo wing sauce was a little thin. The BBQ wings were fine. The round pizza was cut into squares, so be aware if you don't like that. The crust is also quite thick around the edges, but it was properly baked and not burned. There was a special which included a 2 liter of pop. The service at the counter was prompt and friendly. In addition they opened at 11am on Sunday, which is not always the case. read more

Picked up pizza and wings for my son-in-law's birthday...the pizza and wings were very good; however, I would give 4 stars but am giving 3 because the round pizza was cut in squares which I don't understand. Basically, 4 of the slices are almost completely crust and the last to be taken. Perhaps one can request that the pizza be cut in 8 slices...will try that special request next time!!! read more

Pizza was good. Taste and size were right on. Price was not bad. Hey! It was a nice a pizza! However, the ambiance was a bit crap.

When I called I was placed on hold, all o could hear was the guy who answered and a girl arguing. I hung up because of the wait. After a few minutes I called back and a girl yelled into the phone the name of the pizzeria. I told her that this was my first time ordering, she seemed less frustrated after that. My husband went in to pick it up. He said the guy there was really nice so that's a plus. The pizza was just alright, nothing special that would draw me back there. The chicken wings soaked more on butter than medium sauce. The box was leaking. I wasn't impressed. read more

This was my first visit since it changed from Pauly's Pizza. I placed the order online and it stated 30-35 minutes for carry out. I arrived 10 minutes early for pick up and was told " oh you still have time". As I watched I realized my pizza had not even been made yet! Needless to say had a 25 minute wait there. When my pie was ready my name was called out along with "thanks sorry for the wait" while the box was left on the counter. Leaving it to be a rather insincere apology. Customer Service score ZERO Now for the pizza. I ordered a specialty pizza, the classic white aka " the Q". Crust was very hard. Toppings were tasty and a nice combination. I would have preferred a softer crust like Pauly's . Overall not impressed. Batavia has many pizza shops to choose from, no need to settle. read more

We took out pizza and wings from Cinquino's for my husband's birthday as he loves wings and we were looking to try out a new pizza place. Got a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and banana peppers. It was OK, nothing special, but not bad either, decent amount of toppings. Unfortunately the wings were a bit disappointing, particularly if you want them saucy. We ordered 30, half medium and half BBQ. I'm not sure the medium wings had any sauce on them at all, they were so dry. Luckily the BBQ did have a small amount of bbq sauce, but even they seemed grossly undersauced, not even anything in the bottom of the container to scoop out. The place looked nice inside, modern, a handfull of tables to sit at, it is a new place, established 2019 and the service was friendly. I would be willing to try again, but as my husband is a wing lover, I may have a hard time convincing him. read more

For first time to eat pizza at this place. Parking lot isnt bad but have enough space to park. Outside of the building looks old but it is easy to find, really. Service is pretty nice and welcoming. Im impressive how they able to find the way to communicate with Deaf family. We ordered large pepperoni & small white pizza (cant remember). Its fresh coming out & hot. We had to wait till pizzas to cool down a bit. I have to say, it is nice taste but dont like crust/bread itself because its like eat the cardboard. Not soft crust. We really like their garlic bread because it is really good!! Umm... ohh yea, restroom looks clean!! Inside of the building is really nice and cozy. Tables and chairs is nice. 1. It seemed like I was bothering the employees to place my order. 2. There was a mix up on my order, with employees arguing in front of customers! 3. Never use a credit card here! A 1/2 hour after leaving, I received an alert that my card was used for Amazon Digital music. As a senior citizen, I would never make this purchase. My credit card company reimbursed me immediately. Apparently they do not have security on their computers. 4. Pizza was half out of the box when it was handed to me. No take-out bags for the boxes of wings! My buddy and I decided to give this place a shot yesterday as we were driving through Batavia on our way to Buffalo. I had heard great things about this place and wanted to give it a shot. We were greeted at the counter by Nick, Joe, and Ange (the owners) as they and the other staff were chugging along on call-in or eat-in orders. My buddy and I ordered the "The Ange" (Medium pizza, 12 wings, and a liter of soda). After ordering we grabbed ourselves a soda and got to meet some of ownership's family who was there. The food came out in about 15-20 minutes and it looked amazing and tasted fantastic. For our pizza we did a standard cheese and pepperoni. The amount of toppings was just right, it wasn't drowning in cheese and the pepperoni didn't make the pizza overly greasy as it can happen at other places. The sauce was great, not overtly sweet or dull like a can of tomato paste. The dough was the right amount to pair with the sauce and toppings. For the wings we did mild sauce (mainly because my buddy can't handle heat). The wings were crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Best of all, unlike most places I hit up, the wings were poured into a pool of sauce (looking at you Duff's) and you could actually locate them in the basket. Living in Rochester, I haven't found many decent wings but these were the best I have had in recent memory. I don't know if they double fry them, but they were excellent. I am planning of bring my family down to try the place as this was definitely an escape from the local places near us (our places are okay, but this place blew them out of the water). I have eaten a lot of pizza and I have to say it is the best in genesee county. I hate pizza that when you pick it up everything slides off. The pizza here is so good, the crust holds the toppings on and is crispy. Also, they don't skimp. There was so much pepperoni and banana peppers you could actually see them and taste them. Giving 3 stars because I'm honestly torn on this one. Ordered last week; pizza and wings. It was really good. Nice old- school pizza. Ordered again tonight, decided to get some munchies, white pizza this time and my husband & daughter each ordered a sub. Well this time it was definatly not as good. Really no taste to the pizza and not cut all the way thru which is a pet peeve. Meduim sauce chicken finger sub was super dry. Fried munchies had used oil taste. So disappointed this time. Where to begin, as soon as our party of 11 walked in we were greeted with a smile and quickly seated. The menu offered something for everyone. The kids in our party were especially excited for the 'Make Your Own Pizza!' We ordered the sampler platter (not pictured because we ate it too quickly), fries, fried ravioli and salad (the one healthy choose we made tonight)! Then came ALL the pizzas and wings. We ordered a mild chicken finger sub and it came without mild sauce and with mayo which we asked to have left off. We called the store and the offered to replace it but when we picked up the second sub which didn't have mayo but was still missing mild sauce. And the man who was in charge seemed to think we were lying because he too the first sun to the back and inspected it and then we overheard him say "there really is mayo on here". I cannot say enough nice things about Cinquinos. The staff is professional, kind, and extraordinarily helpful. The pizza is divine- thick, crispy on the outside and airy on the inside.
