Everybody told me how great this place is. Meh. Stopped in for lunch today for a couple of slices to try them out. I have to say I was very disappointed. I asked for pizza, not just dry bread. Very light on the sauce, which was very disappointing because it tasted good - just not enough at all. The new Pizza 151 in Leroy NY isn't showing up and it is the one I went to. That said, this is my review: Had a doctors appointment in LeRoy, and as I had a few mins, I thought I'd get a slice of pizza from the new PIZZA 151, next door. You would think that a slice of pizza costing $4.50 would have more than 4 or 5 slices of pepperoni on it. There wasn't even enough sauce or cheese. Very disappointing. Instead of trying to make as much profit as possible, they should consider making a better slice of pizza. read more

Their marketing worked, after moving into our new house we received some advertisements and coupons including one for a large pizza, so because of that this was the first pizza place near our house that we checked out, even though it is not the closest, thought it's location right next to Tops is rather convenient. This 3 start rating is for an overall good experience, but while it was good, there was just nothing that stood out to make me come back here right away, rather than trying out one of the other nearby spots. Not out of the running to be a regular visit, but also no big draw. We ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and 10 BBQ wings. The pizza was good. We got the traditional sauce. I did feel like all the toppings, particularly the mushrooms were squished in the middle of the pizza instead of spread out, not a huge deal or problem but still worthy of note. The crust was fine, but didn't stand out, one side was a little burnt, but nothing unreasonable. There was a good amount of cheese, though again it go sparse near the crust. The wings were a pretty decent size. No real crisp to them. They did not have honey BBQ and the regular BBQ sauce was A-OK taste wise, a good amount of it was on the wings. We picked up our order, but noticed that they do have a decent number of tables, and on Friday night they had the Sabres game on so that was a plus to know for the future, good spot to watch the game. Overall as mentioned before I wouldn't be opposed to coming back, but at the same time no real big draw pulling me in. I have never left a bad review anywhere. But tonight iced the cake. I ordered a pizza and wings from them and they told me an hour. Hour and a half later still nothing. I called and asked if something happened with our order and the guy Matt told me they were busy it was coming be patient. It showed up another 20 minutes later. Almost 2 hours from my order!!!! When I say both the pizza and wings were cold it was cold!!! Was not even enjoyable at all. Ordered a Large pizza and a small chicken finger sub. I order my chicken finger sub with medium sauce, provolone, lettuce, tomato and blue cheese. The food arrived about 45-50 minutes later. My fiancé said the pizza was great. My sub however, was soggy, greasy and not what I ordered. The mess between two buns was chicken fingers, lettuce, onion, tomato, Italian dressing. Usually I just eat my food but this was inedible to me so I called and spoke to the manager who seemed to care less based on his tone of voice. Over an hour later my replacement sub came. We had a great meal and thoroughly enjoyed our visit tonight. We love to try different micro brews and who doesn't live pizza?! We had a pizza calzone and 10 wings. The calzone was big enough for the two of us to share and the wings were delish. We really enjoyed the beer wall. There are plenty of TVs around to watch a game and also a touch tunes jukebox for your own music. Not sure if what I ordered is accurate since this was my first time trying. I enjoyed everything! BBQ 151 wings were a well done but not charred, the medium pizza I ordered was a fabulous mix. The garlic red sauce is a very heart healthy option that lets your pallet recover from the haaa garlic offers. I stopped by for a slice of pizza at lunch today and it was disgusting. The fact that the kitchen is right behind the cash registers makes you think they'd try to keep it clean. Not so much! There was cheese and flour all over the floor, and also a dish towel laying in a heap in the middle of the floor. The workers behind the counter seemed completely oblivious to the mess they were working in. We stood there about 5 minutes, were never acknowledged, and after observing the filth we decided to take our business elsewhere. Walked down three storefronts to Subway, where it looked like you could have eaten off the floor! What a difference in cleanliness.
