The catfish was a few strips, thickly but lightly breaded, thoroughly cooked inside. The popcorn shrimp were more heavily breaded and were basically ok. All entrees come with a side of potato or vegetables, and a trip to the salad bar For the latter I contented myself with some fried zucchini nuggets and green beans with bits of ham. The meatloaf itself was very dry and overcooked on the outside, making it tough and crumbly. It lacked flavor and didn't have the comforting, hearty feel that meatloaf should have. The char on the outside overpowered the dish rather than adding anything to it. As a certified food critic, consistency matters. A customer should receive the same quality whether they're dining in or ordering to go. I hope Brick Town Brewery takes this feedback seriously and works toward delivering the same standard of food across all orders.
