Nothing much to say - love their pizzas…read more Meat lover - good dough and not shy on the toppings. Exactly a meat lover would like their pizza. Spicy chorizo - love the sriracha hot sauce touch and the goat cheese. They don't put a lot of goat cheese on but it's just the right amount which you can still taste it but didn't overpower the rest. It can get quite spicy tho if you have the whole pizza on your own so be aware. Chicken and chorizo - we like the other two pizzas better but this one isn't too bad either. One thing I'd love they improve is to have a remove topping selection on deliveroo because I personally don't like jalapeños and I can't check it off if I'm ordering from deliveroo. But overall 5/5 very satisfied (it rhymes)

With such quality in London, how does Joe Public Pizza stack up?…read moreSimply put, Joe stacks up quite well. The variety of toppings were all great and as a group, we all fell in love with the tender stem broccoli and onion jam pizza. The jam gave a good zing to the pizza and complimented the goats cheese really well. All the other pizzas had great combos and were a treat. With the good weather and sun setting, spending time with Joe and his pizza was a great evening. A good Pizza down south for all those Londoners and a sign that Pizza in the UK has stepped up its game. The fact that it is just outside the station and the site of an old Victorian WC makes it an even more fun place to visit. Welcome to the hood.

So, three years later, I decided to try Mamma's for old time's sake. It was atrocious. The grease, the chalky tasting cheese, the thick cardboard like bread was just too much for my mature body to handle. I was almost sick and I, a complete pizza fanatic, could not muster up the physical strength to finish even a miniscule slice. I would definitely not recommend putting yourself through this torture.

I would say, getting a take away is a better option. I hate stodgy, oily pizzas, but at Firezza, there's not a stodgy slice in sight. I braved it and ordered a 'Create Your Own' with chicken, pancetta, cream and broccoli, it was absolutely delicious! The thin base meant it was surprisingly light - I didn't have the gross feeling I always get after Domino's (even though it will always hold a special place in my heart). £10 for collection is a good deal, and the free dips are a nice touch.
