The food tasted ok. It was all cold. We threw away all but 1 slice of the veggie pizza because I got food poisoning soon after a piece and spent the evening in the bathroom. The service has been an issue for years I'm guessing. We attempted an order last year and after being 2 hours late, our order was cancelled. This order that gave me food poisoning was ordered at 4pm for 6:30pm. After calling at 6:50, it came at 7:10...cold amlnd with too much bacteria apparently. The ambiance inside the store seems ok when it isn't too busy. Last night was very loud and chaotic. read more

The last 3-5 pizzas we got delivered from the Pizza King in Greenfield, Indiana were pretty substandard. Almost every piece on the outside was completely devoid of toppings or even sauce. Today 11-03-2025 I decided to order yet again, but while placing my order by phone, I finally said the quality had been very poor due to the stated reason. This time he said he was going to have the manager make it, and this time it was perfect, just as it use to always be. So this is just a reminder to all, sometimes you have to make a complaint in order to get what you're paying for. Thank you to the manager at Greenfield Pizza King on this day who was working at 4:15pm. They did a very great job! read more

I have not been in here for a very long time, but I thought I would give it a try. I had take out order I called in. I gave him a time I would be there and I actually got there early and my food was just sitting there already fixed so I knew everything was gonna be cold. And of course it was. I get home. And my daughter's sandwich was totally messed up. It was supposed to be salami and ham, cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. What she got was salami and ham with red sauce!!!! Not even close!! I called and complain she told me to come back and get another sandwich. I said I don't live in Greenford and I'm not driving there again tonight because you guys messed up. So the manager says come in the next day and she would give me the sandwich for free and she will have my receipt on her desk to remind her. So the next day I go in and what a surprise she's not even there!! I had a feeling that was the way it was gonna go! So I explained my situation to the girl and she said she will give me the sandwich and she will make it herself. The girl running the register was very, very nice. And she said, would you like some breadsticks for your inconvenience? I said yes, so I end up getting another sandwich and free breadsticks. So this little girl tried to make it right. Why didn't did the manager not tell me she was going to not be there? To me that seems like she was hiding . She should've said I'm not gonna be there, but I will make sure they take care of you. She made it sound like she was gonna be there so I could talk to her in the next day. It would be a long long time if I ever go back in there again. My poor daughter sandwich was absolutely horrible and the food was ice cold because we also ordered a pizza. Unbelievable.!!! read more

Phone orders pizza and sticks. They were out of banana peppers but couldn't refund $ for that item. Paid for extra cheese on pizza. Pizza was cold and NO extra cheese. Pizza King - Cold pizza and we paid for xtra cheese. - Pizza Near Me - Greenfield, Indiana

ZERO STARS Terrible service and pizza. When we entered there were at most 10 people in the restaurant. We ordered as directed than sat FOREVER and watched as everyone who came in after us got their orders ahead of us. No one came to check on us or bring us our drinks we ordered until we reached out. Ordered pizza with no mushrooms but it still came out with mushrooms although it was clearly stated on the ticket. Disappointed is an understatement. read more

The service here gets worse every time I come in. Two people in the Greenfield store besides my wife and I and it took 45 minutes to get drink, breadsticks and pizza all delivered to the table at the same time. I think it is pure greed that they give you one little, bitty cup of cheese for a small order of bread sticks knowing it takes a minimum of 2 for an order. They will gladly sell you another cup for $1.50 or something like that. I wonder when the last time they wiped a phone down was? read more

We had family visiting from Florida this weekend and they l always have to have pizza King when they visit. So following tradition, we treated them to pizza at the Greenfield location yesterday and they did not disappoint! The service was amazing and so was the food! Our server did an amazing job making sure our drinks stayed full and that the food all came out hot and fresh. The breadsticks were extra fluffy and soft and we ended up ordering a second round of them because they were extra delicious!!! I'm just so disappointed that I didn't take pictures! I guess the company and food was so good I forgot! read more

Dad asks me if I want pizza after we have finished our eleven hour journey from Hilton Head, SC to home. Dad do you want the royal feast? Yes. Now, of course, remember what I mentioned in the last review, my father goes to negative town for everything to counter my positive, it's keeping the balance in the universe. The pizza was good. My father thought it was cold. He ordered me to nuke mine in the microwave. I did not. He didn't do it to his either. He just complained about it. Then, he asked me if there as something wrong with me. My answer, I'm good Dad. I spoke to a gentleman named Bobby. He passed his negative energy at me speaking about his father who died a year ago, his father was his captain. I asked him what he did for work, he responded saying he hadn't worked for a year for that reason. I've been there. I ask him if he writes things to free his mind, his response, no. I say good. I ask him about his career. What do you want to do for work? You do that, then what? You're that, then what? Do you retire after that? HIs response was security to start. Then he asked me what I did and I told him I am a brand ambassador for Punch Bowl Social downtown. He says, "Bouncer?" I just stare at him with this cold dark stare. He begins running through his qualifications on me. Asks me to hire him. I'm not the boss. He says he wants to write his resume. I tell him, write your resume, then go to the internet and get the contact information for this place. He has a family, they would love the good bowling, karaoke, arcade, and bocci today. Time will tell. I paid for the pizza and got out of there as he was on a rant about how he knows how to disarm a situation. Enjoy your day today. read more

Normally very good... However the last couple of times I believe they could mess up a train wreck.... Hey I would like a large pizza with extra cheese over the whole pizza.... When we got the pizza home the pizza barely has cheese on half... This is not good when you have almost 30 dollars on a pizza. If things don't change... We will no longer order pizza.... read more

The pizza itself was alright. But the employees are very unprofessional. I had it delivered and when I gave them my address I had to spend the next 5 minutes giving specific directions. I live 5 minutes from the store. Then when I asked for an ETA, I got an annoyed "I dont know, there are tickets in front of yours". I'd rather just get pizza somewhere else. read more

They open at 11am. I went at 11:16am on 5/8/19. The front door was locked. I was one of 2 vehicles of customers in the parking lot. I called to ask if they were open. An associate answered, said they were open but that she was "working on a $2,000 order" and that the customers in the lot including me would have to wait another 20 minutes before they would let us in to order. She then hung up the phone. I relayed the message to the other customers and we all left. I went to pizza hut instead. Rude service is not worth it. read more

Every single time we order from there there is a problem we are sitting now on 1.5 hours waiting for pizza.

I absolutely love their pizza but the customer service at this location the last few times I have been here has been HORRIBLE it took 15 minutes for us to get our DRINKS I had to call them for us to get it , it also took forever to get our breadsticks and pizza and when it arrived there was onion on it! I only keep coming back because I love pizza king pizza I will never be back to this location I will be going all the way to Richmond ! My severs name was Melissa and JULIE is the one who made SURE we were ok I would give just her 5 stars if I could ! Seen my server 2 times and JULIE is the one who came to refill my drink I could go for days on how disgusted I am with this location ! read more

This is the best pizza in Greenfield. I know it's a chain but the crust is crisp and has a good yeasty flavor. They have never messed up good proportion after 30 or so pies. Bacon and pepperoni is chopped thereby giving good coverage. If you want normal pepperoni they have that too. You order through these quirky table phones. For kids, this might be the last time they get to use a land line type phone. read more

Pizza King is my favorite pizza in the Midwest. The service is ridiculously slow & mediocre but I come with that mindset. The pizza is pricey, but I pull coupons from Facebook, which makes the price manageable. It's delish though! Pepperoni is diced, they cut the pizza in squares. I prefer the regular crust. read more

Not what I was expecting. Very different Pizza King compared to the ones in Connersville. The pizza here has such a terrible taste. Almost as if everything had freezer burn. The dough was like cardboard and, in all honesty, was the only time this fat guy would have rather had a salad from there. Management didn't seem to care about my experience and no refund nor even a simple apology was offered. read more

Best pizza in the USA. I have had Pizza in NYC and CHICAGO, but there is nothing like Pizza King! It's the first place I eat when I go back to Indiana. You just have to try it. It's worth the trip. Can't believe this place is in business. We are traveling thru on the 70 and ordered a pizza and a salad with blue cheese dressing. When it arrived at our hotel room it came without forks, napkins, and the salad had bits of regular cheese on it with a container of mayo. Pizza wasn't bad but it wasn't good either! If you're delivering to a hotel it might be a good idea to think of the people that are going to eat the food. When you've had a long day of travel it's very unpleasant when you're tired to deal with people that don't know how to do their job. read more

One of the better Pizza King restaurants! Service is always good, food always yummy!

While the pizza and food is very good the overall attitude of the staff is poor at best. Anytime I've asked for something they act as though it's a huge atrocity to make them do their job. Well attempting to place a delivery order the person who answered the phone had a very poor attitude and became very short when I asked what time I could have a pizza delivered. read more

My family loves this pizza, but they are always so slow with delivery. If you order do carryout or dine in.

We just moved to town and wanted to see how pizza king compared to the pizza King in our hometown. The pizza was good, breadsticks mediocre. We dined in, ordering on the phone at the table. We wanted 20minutes for our drinks, our waiter was very apologetic, saying the ticket got lost (no big deal)...until our pizza came out before the breadsticks and then the pizza was the wrong size. They were also apologetic and made us an 8inch pizza for the difference. All of which could have been chalked up as a bad night until we go to pay at the counter. There was 1 man in front of us, picking up a call in order. The lady then looked at us did not say a word and then went back to putting cheese in containers, starring at us the whole time. We had left overs and a ticket in our hand it was clear we wanted to pay. She continued to look at us while she filled more cheese containers. A kitchen worker even came to the front and asked what she could do to help, she sent her back to the oven instead of the cash register. 20mins later a delivery man walked and she sent him our way, which took a total of 2mins to swipe our card.....bad experience after another. You'd think they would want their money? We were half tempted to walk out. I won't be back. read more
