Service and food is great and definitely make ya feel like part of the family. Delivery drivers are always very nice and food is always hot.

I was extremely anxious to eat inside a restaurant, as restaurants began opening back up, mid pandemic. With this location being in such a small town, my friend and I decided to stop by and see if we felt it was safe. We were surprised to find there was only one other person dining in. They also had taken out the front booth by the register, and then closed every other booth to allow for "social distancing." Every single employee was wearing a mask. So we felt as safe as possible to eat in. The food was excellent, as always. I don't know why some Pizza King locations just aren't very good anymore and have icky pizza sauce, specifically. I thought they got all their products from the same place. But this location is always that same, yummy, nostalgic pizza. I really enjoyed my personal Royal Feast. Our service was great. Wait staff took excellent care of us, kept us in fresh drink, no refills. Everything felt clean with obvious attention to keeping things as safe for everyone as possible. read more

This is an excellent place for pizza and sandwiches. Employees are extra friendly and the food is really, really, good. Pizza King locations seem to vary, some are good and others not so much. This is definitely the tastiest food I have ever had from a Pizza KIng. The lunch specials are very cheap, with large servings. Even the regular priced menu is reasonable. Highly recommend if you are traveling through the area. It's just a short mile or so off I-69. read more

This was by far the best pizza king in the area. I would only eat pizza from the chain from this location in the past. I'm not sure what has changed, but the last 3 orders we've gotten from here have been mediocre at best. The crust is not crispy as before. Toppings don't go to the edge and the onions and peppers were only on 1/3 of the pizza. It seems like 3 attempts are a trend and it looks like we'll be taking a break from here for awhile read more

HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I would give this place NO stars if I could! This is the most horrible experience I have had here! (Forgive me if something's are missed spelled I just came back from there!) I ordered a pizza around 6:35 for delivery and I did not receive it! I called them around 8:300 and was told I did come in and receive it and that they said that I was lying! From a customer service standpoint they were AWFUL! They call me a lier and told me that if I wanted it I would have to wait until they checked the cameras in the morning so from this point on I ask for a refund and again they told me that they weren't going to do that "honey" instead of calling me sir! I told them this was unacceptable and that I would be coming in person to request a refund! Once I came in they told me that they were not going to help me because I was lying and I needed to leave. I told them I was not leaving till I receive a refund. Thy then preceded to give me a refund then they called the police! I told them I would not EVER be coming back to this establishment again as long as I would be treated that way! I explained the situation to the police men and they agreed with me that I probably shouldn't go back because of the poor service! They were shocked of the incident! I hope that Dave the owner reads this and examines the incident and retrains his employees on how to treat a customer with good service! Pizza King pizza is a bit on the pricey side. The taste is beyond good. My favorite way is to order on the way home and pick it up on the way. Dining in is a good way to unwind for me. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I think it is well worth the time and money. read more

If you like your bread sticks any other way than half baked, don't order them. I used to be able to ask for them to be done, and they would be. We supported them during the pandemic shut down and they were consistently good. The last few times we ordered bread sticks and asked that they be done we were told ok, but wouldn't be. A female manager flat out told me most people like them half baked once. Our last time picking up our pizza the staff was talking about the bread sticks and a female said, "They will get them how we make them." Then, tell me when ordering you will only make them half-baked and I won't buy them. I used to really like their pizza, but sometimes the crust is way too salty. The crispiness is consistent, but the toppings are not. The staff is nice with exception of the one gal. She is often rude. Lazy or just doesn't care because people come back due to small town, I don't know, but I'm done and I know a couple friends who are, too. We will drive further which is disappointing since I like supporting small business rather than franchise. read more

Just recently moved so i have been using this pizza king with delivery only. Employees are very friendly and proffesional. Delivery takes no time at all and pizza is always hot and fresh. Only one time driver forgot my extra cheese and he came directly back! They do great job here! read more

This review is for the Chesterfield Pizza King. This is THE best Pizza King pizza to be found. The pizza is slightly different from other Pizza Kings as it's more "melty" and more "done". I don't know how else to describe it, but very tasty pizza. I was told by staff that this location uses the old Pizza King ovens...I can't verify this but it could account for the pizza's extra goodness. Highly recommended. read more
