I know I am weird, but I love crustless pizza. I love how they put it in a nice little metal pan and it comes out tasting just like a pizza. Today I asked them for extra green pepper and onion and they accommodated. The service was fast and friendly and I love the people who helped me. I just love it when a staff is friendly and you can chat a little bit and they really seem happy to be where they are. Love this location. It is pick up only. read more

Wow! What a great surpriseTop Hat Two was. I'm not sure why the name is Top Hat Two but it is a Pizza King drive thru. This is by far the best Pizza King that I have had. Great pizza. The lady taking the order and making the pizza was very nice. All around great experience I ordered a large Kings Feast and didn't make a dent in it. I grew-up in New Castle but moved to L.A. for many years. Family matters have brought me back to my hometown for a few weeks, so being that I have very happy memories of my parents ordering yummy pizza from Top Hat II, exclusively, I have been to this very restaurant three times to pick-up a pizza for dinner. The first two times back, the pizza was all right, greasy but a ton of pepperoni will emit this. This last time, me and my family chose to order just a 16' double cheese pizza which tasted good, except for the cardboard (and the black char) we had to peel off in chunks from the bottom of the crust. I want to point out in this review that if you are used to the small-mind-close-knit mentality of those running a small business like this one, then the rudeness of the people who seem to always be managing this place should not anger you too much. However, if you are like myself and you only need a couple of times of being treated as though your patronage is not welcome due to the fact that these people working here do not not like people whom they aren't in good with, then you'd probably do well to never stop in this place. Best pizza anywhere... the sausage and pep is amazing. Don't even get extra cheese because you never need it. The royal feast is good also.

Growing up in New Castle, everyone knows that Pizza King is the best pizza ever!. My favorite is the sausage, onion and extra cheese. Yum! This is the only place I will eat sausage on my pizza because it is crumbled. Everyone else wants to put on those big pieces which I think is nasty. For those who have moved out of town and out of state, Top Hat Pizza King 1 and/or 2 are a must visit place when going back to NC. read more

Do not go here. Ordered two large pizza's one topping, over the phone; when in town camping. The bill was $48.00. The pizza was terrible. It was orange from all the grease. The crust was good, like the first reviewer said. The rest of it, was not worth $48.00. read more
