The place is small and has some nods to history via the wall mural. We were prepared to have a long wait (about an hour from seating to eating) as they make all dishes from scratch. Most groups were ordering pizzas and we opted for a meatball parm sub and their haddock puttanesca special. There were two servers on for the evening covering and they seemed overwhelmed by the rush which was not our experience before. While the food wait was expected it did take a considerable amount of time to get out drink order taken and then to have it arrive. In between ordering and getting our drinks I noted out server taking care of 2 other tables bringing out food and drinks. It took about half an hour for the bread to arrive at the table. The puttanesca was good and well seasoned but the meatball parm sub and fries were surprisingly under seasoned. We may be back again but will probably not go in when they are nearly full again.

My chicken parm "sub" looked like a small open faced sandwich. Not at all a sub. It was actually cold with no flavor. The chicken wings were burnt and my friends calzone was the same. No flavor. It's either different owners and staff from last year or they just don't care because there's a lack of options in Queensbury this time of year. I don't recommend Crave at all. I've said that in many of my reviews previously...please forgive my self proclaimed pizza snobbiness. But, they clearly use good ingredients and the pizza is served hot and fresh.
