Ordered the grilled chicken salad....no onions and no peppers..due to allergies. So...the salad came with a TON of peppers and still had onions! The chicken was slimy, the side of fries? Most recently we called ahead for a delivery a few hours in advance for an event (which was acknowledged by staff) and food arrived 25 minutes later so it was cold when everyone arrived. I am so disgusted by the lack of customer service I received tonight from the GF location tonight. I placed an order on line at 5.17 pm through allhungry.com.(see picture) Confirmation said 35minutes. After 45 minutes I called the facility and they said it was on its way. After an additional 45minutes I called again and the woman who answered said "we just got your order 10 minutes ago but it is ready" I said no I ordered at 5:17pm and she said no I have it right in front of me and now it has been 10minutes & 8 seconds!! Approximately 20 minutes later I noticed I had multiple calls on my phone (phones are not allowed at my work so it was on silent) I called it back and was told that the delivery person had tried to deliver multiple times and no one answered the door. I explained that we are a medical facility and no one had tried to deliver anything.(Mind you they deliver to my facility multiple times a week) They stated they would try again. 10 minutes later a gentleman showed up, my coworker met him he handed her the box and took off...no words...obviously he knew he had been at the wrong address for the last 2 hrs. So in conclusion I received my food at 7:30....2hrs & 15minutes after ordering and it had obviously been in the box the whole time because they were cold and dried out. 1st let me say i am an avid customer at this location. I purchase your calzones a lot and i have never ever had a calzone like the one tonight. First it was disgusting. It tasted like it had already been made for another customer who didnt pick it up and it was just thrown back in to reheat. The outside was crispy and the inside the cheese wasnt even melted and the breading on the chicken was soggy and cold. Let me tell you, i love the calzones because of the golden brown color, soft dough and awesome taste. This one missed the mark all the way i have included a picture of the one tonight and also of one i got last week believe a total difference. Im not sure if there was a different cook on or not but either way this food was unacceptable. What boggles me is when i ordered i was told 15-20 mins and then when i arrived to pick up my order i was told i had to wait because she put my order in as a pizza so my order was just being remade. So i waited another 8-10 mins. So all that time and i still get that horrible Calzone? Only reason i didnt come back was by the time i got home and settled to eat it was 940p and the young lady said they stop taking orders at 945 when i had asked her earlier so i didnt bother calling back. By time I got my food the bread was soggy, the fries were cold and both sandwiches were missing the coleslaw. When we called to complain the staff and owner yelled, owner dropped the f bomb then tried to say the driver was on the phone trying to call me.....from my driveway? Empire Pizza is definitely a takeout place. This review is specifically for dine-in eating only. Inside Empire Pizza there are five hard plastic tables of which two are not usable due to boxes being piled up on them. You order at the counter and then sit at your table hoping they don't forget you or your order, and you also have to specifically ask for napkins, silverware, and water, or just get up and get them yourself. Not a big deal, but I continually found myself getting up to get stuff. The staff is friendly and accommodating but disorganized. They simply are not set up to serve people eating in. It takes a long time for the food to come out, and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. The dining area is out of sight from the ordering counter, so the people working can't see if anyone sitting there. Food quality is average, maybe slightly below, for a quick serve restaurant. Obviously nothing is fresh. Many of their menu items come from the deep fryer, of are slapped together from out of the refrigerator. Cole slaw is nearly inedible. Fries are good. I have not had the pizza, so I can't comment on that. Although the food quality is low, the prices are low too, making Empire Pizza a good value for inexpensive but stale takeout. I have been getting about 1 pizza weekly. It is $12.57 and because I get it delivered, I give the delivery person $15. Tonight I called at 6:15 and ordered the pizza. It was delivered about 7;00 pm. I opened it and thought It looked dry. I took a few minutes to put on the table and wash my hands. Then I had one slice that was very dried out, the cheese, pepperonis and crust. Trying to be agreeable, I ate almost all of a 2nd piece and thought "why am I doing this, eating this horrible pizza that even has a burnt bottom." I decided to call Empire Pizza and tell them about the pizza.!that was 8:00. I explained that I order often and this wasn't up to expectations . She asked me what I expected them to do. I said "Give me another pizza". She asked me had I eaten any of it and I said 2 pieces. She told someone else and she then said "we can't give you another pizza." I said, "you don't want to make it right with a $12.57 pizza to keep a good customer and she said "no." Look at the photos and see how dried out the pizza is and look at the back to see the burnt side. As one other reviewer Said, 'their customer service is horrible'. Don't be frightened by its location adjacent to the bus terminal. Pizza is pretty good. Fair prices too and definitely way better than Domino's or Pizza Hut. Ample cheese and toppings (see photo I posted) on the party size I bought, which was 22 bucks total. I will definitely be back. Ask for a menu as they have lots of coupons/deals on it. First I tried ordering online since that's what they advertise on their banner on their store front and your not able to order online. So then I call and the girl tells me they're not taking any orders because they're too busy ... Not a good way to start a new store. I ordered lunch (2 sandwiches for two teachers) to be delivered to our school that's less than 5 minutes away. I ordered at 11:20am. They said it would be delivered at 12:08pm. At 12:25pm, I called to ask about our order. They said it's on the way. At 12:40pm, I called again. Again, they said it will be there any minute. At 12:55pm I called for the third time. Same story. I asked for them to cancel the order because our lunch break was over. They never refunded my money. When I called 4 days later to ask about a refund- they said "I don't know, contact PayPal". The pizza itself is excellent. I only discovered this place a few weeks ago and have been there a few times for some slices when in Glens Falls. Its quick and the cheese pizza is quite good. Tried the popcorn chicken once and wasn't too impressed. I always ate in the dining room, which does not look that great and is pretty hot in the summer. Staff isn't the friendliest, but they get the job done. Showed up 45 minutes before closing once and they weren't doing slices anymore. But i do give them credit for the quality and speed of the slices. Otherwise they would be a lower rating. read more

Empire pizza is my go to place. Their pizza is always amazing and cheesy. They give a generous amount of toppings that are sure to fill you up. Their other foods are just as great. I've never ordered something that I ended up not liking. Delivery is very speedy, they almost never make you wait a crazy amount of food. If they mess up your order they are generally more than happy to send you exactly what you wanted if you give them a call and politely let them know what this issue is. read more

I had to call in to see where my order was at 715. Talked to a lady who called me"hunny" one to many times. She said "we have been very busy but i know your order just left and will be there shortly". ( i live around the corner). 30 minutes went by and no order so i called again... come to find out that the order was NEVER made. NEVER MADE!!!
