The manager is extremely rude. Terrible business man. And his girl that answered the phone hangs up on customers. I wouldn't order their MEDIOCRE AT BEST food again if my life depended on it. And if you don't deliver to HUDSON FALLS, stop putting your menu in my mailbox. read more

Ordered the grilled chicken salad....no onions and no peppers..due to allergies. So...the salad came with a TON of peppers and still had onions! The chicken was slimy, the side of fries? Still partially frozen and to boot? My "salad" had maybe 2 leaves of lettuce & charged me for 2 beverages but didnt send them. Paid over $50 for 2 meals that went to the garbage! Not to mention the 3 hairs found in the "salad" that definitely WERE NOT mne! Absolutely disgusting! Quality first above speed of the delivery! DO BETTER! You're welcome for the free $50! read more

Always find hair in our pizza, not even 2-3 times it's just about everytime. They also don't put on many toppings, and they cut up their pizza so uneven, some slices are big some are size of a breadstick. read more

Placed a large order, was made in a reasonable amount of time. Pizza was just ok, much better at Jerks. Steak sub was very good, nice bread, lots of steak, good flavors. Salads were good, pretty typical. Pasta was al dente with usual sauce. The folks were busy but friendly, in fact my favorite thing is it seems to be a family run place. The dining area was clean with a few laminate booths. Mostly looks to be for take out. read more

I order delivery on a regular basis. everything on the menu is great! I love this place! Prices are reasonable and delivery is fast!! I am from NYC so I am very critical of pizza and tomato sauce but I have to say Empire stands up to the best!! read more

1st time there, and by the way- the last! ordered a pizza and Ive not had one that bad in a very long time. pepperoni and green pepper. exactly one piece of pepperoni on each slice. 2 small chunks of green pepper. The whole pie was very dark and the crust reminded us of a hard cookie that is very crunchy. If they think it resembles the pic on menu, couldn't be farther from it. $17. For a medium that was far from good. Rate it a d- at best. Never again. read more

The worst! Ordered Boneless wings. Delivery. Arrived in under 10 minutes. From a few Miles away. What we got. Definitely not just cooked. Something just sitting there waiting to pawn off on someone. They were cut up chicken tenders. With some sauce poured over them. Called. Was told that's how they are done. And all other restaurants do them this way. No that is not how others do them. Two orders for $32. Plus tip. Got screwed for the last time from this hole. read more

The food has been mediocre the last few times we've ordered from here. Most recently we called ahead for a delivery a few hours in advance for an event (which was acknowledged by staff) and food arrived 25 minutes later so it was cold when everyone arrived. Staff seems to always be abrasive. Likely not bothering to order again... too many instances of "we don't care." read more

I am so disgusted by the lack of customer service I received tonight from the GF location tonight. I placed an order on line at 5.17 pm through allhungry.com.(see picture) Confirmation said 35minutes. After 45 minutes I called the facility and they said it was on its way. After an additional 45minutes I called again and the woman who answered said "we just got your order 10 minutes ago but it is ready" I said no I ordered at 5:17pm and she said no I have it right in front of me and now it has been 10minutes & 8 seconds!! Approximately 20 minutes later I noticed I had multiple calls on my phone (phones are not allowed at my work so it was on silent) I called it back and was told that the delivery person had tried to deliver multiple times and no one answered the door. I explained that we are a medical facility and no one had tried to deliver anything.(Mind you they deliver to my facility multiple times a week) They stated they would try again. 10 minutes later a gentleman showed up, my coworker met him he handed her the box and took off...no words...obviously he knew he had been at the wrong address for the last 2 hrs. So in conclusion I received my food at 7:30....2hrs & 15minutes after ordering and it had obviously been in the box the whole time because they were cold and dried out. Will Not be ordering from there again!!! read more

1st let me say i am an avid customer at this location. I purchase your calzones a lot and i have never ever had a calzone like the one tonight. First it was disgusting. It tasted like it had already been made for another customer who didnt pick it up and it was just thrown back in to reheat. The outside was crispy and the inside the cheese wasnt even melted and the breading on the chicken was soggy and cold. Let me tell you, i love the calzones because of the golden brown color, soft dough and awesome taste. This one missed the mark all the way i have included a picture of the one tonight and also of one i got last week believe a total difference. Im not sure if there was a different cook on or not but either way this food was unacceptable. What boggles me is when i ordered i was told 15-20 mins and then when i arrived to pick up my order i was told i had to wait because she put my order in as a pizza so my order was just being remade. So i waited another 8-10 mins. So all that time and i still get that horrible Calzone? Only reason i didnt come back was by the time i got home and settled to eat it was 940p and the young lady said they stop taking orders at 945 when i had asked her earlier so i didnt bother calling back. Tbis jist really bothered me because i really was starving. read more

Save your money. Foods disgusting staff is rude owners an ass. Driver sat in my driveway for 6 mins. By time I got my food the bread was soggy, the fries were cold and both sandwiches were missing the coleslaw. When we called to complain the staff and owner yelled, owner dropped the f bomb then tried to say the driver was on the phone trying to call me.....from my driveway? I was on my phone...it never rang. The thing for me is I just asked for a refund, come get your food, brin me back my money...hell, you can keep the tip. They hung up on me. Only reason they're getting the one star is the salad was halfway decent....halfway. PSA.... Save your money and order from some place else read more

Empire Pizza is definitely a takeout place. This review is specifically for dine-in eating only. Inside Empire Pizza there are five hard plastic tables of which two are not usable due to boxes being piled up on them. You order at the counter and then sit at your table hoping they don't forget you or your order, and you also have to specifically ask for napkins, silverware, and water, or just get up and get them yourself. Not a big deal, but I continually found myself getting up to get stuff. The staff is friendly and accommodating but disorganized. They simply are not set up to serve people eating in. It takes a long time for the food to come out, and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. The dining area is out of sight from the ordering counter, so the people working can't see if anyone sitting there. Food quality is average, maybe slightly below, for a quick serve restaurant. Obviously nothing is fresh. Many of their menu items come from the deep fryer, of are slapped together from out of the refrigerator. Cole slaw is nearly inedible. Fries are good. I have not had the pizza, so I can't comment on that. Although the food quality is low, the prices are low too, making Empire Pizza a good value for inexpensive but stale takeout. However, avoid eating in at all cost. read more

Best pizza in the area chicken wings are delicious delivery girls a sweetheart so friendly I would recommend these guys 100 times over.

Don't be frightened by its location adjacent to the bus terminal. Pizza is pretty good. Fair prices too and definitely way better than Domino's or Pizza Hut. Ample cheese and toppings (see photo I posted) on the party size I bought, which was 22 bucks total. I will definitely be back. Ask for a menu as they have lots of coupons/deals on it. Not sure if they deliver, sorry. read more

Empire Pizza - a square pizza with sausage and cheese - Pizza Near Me - Glens Falls, New York

I have been getting about 1 pizza weekly. It is $12.57 and because I get it delivered, I give the delivery person $15. Tonight I called at 6:15 and ordered the pizza. It was delivered about 7;00 pm. I opened it and thought It looked dry. I took a few minutes to put on the table and wash my hands. Then I had one slice that was very dried out, the cheese, pepperonis and crust. Trying to be agreeable, I ate almost all of a 2nd piece and thought "why am I doing this, eating this horrible pizza that even has a burnt bottom." I decided to call Empire Pizza and tell them about the pizza.!that was 8:00. I explained that I order often and this wasn't up to expectations . She asked me what I expected them to do. I said "Give me another pizza". She asked me had I eaten any of it and I said 2 pieces. She told someone else and she then said "we can't give you another pizza." I said, "you don't want to make it right with a $12.57 pizza to keep a good customer and she said "no." Look at the photos and see how dried out the pizza is and look at the back to see the burnt side. As one other reviewer Said, 'their customer service is horrible'. I won't go back and I will take the pizza by their store tomorrow so they might learn something from it. read more

Online ordering menu only allows you to select soda size, not type. if you want something other than pepsi, you have to put it in the notes. okay, fine. I forgot to today, and when i called the store after my delivery (as instructed by the driver), the person who answered and the next person (manager?) said that they tried to call me and I didn't answer. I never got a call. I'm looking at my recent call menu and there's no missed calls. I verified that the phone number on my order is correct, which means they misdialed. So, even though THEY also messed up (yeah I should've put it in the notes, even though it doesn't tell you to) and called the wrong number, I'm stuck with 2 2 liters I can't drink. Thanks yall. I'm filing a paypal dispute. read more

Place is absolute trash ordered a sub and they made it wrong. When I called they said there was nothing that they could do. Place is a joke

This is for Empire pizza in Corinth. They opened today so decided to call and put in an order. First I tried ordering online since that's what they advertise on their banner on their store front and your not able to order online. So then I call and the girl tells me they're not taking any orders because they're too busy ... Not a good way to start a new store. So then I called up another place 100 yards away from them and got pizza from there. read more

Solid slice of pizza. Fair price. Would recommend. The inside of the restaurant needs a serious update.

I ordered lunch (2 sandwiches for two teachers) to be delivered to our school that's less than 5 minutes away. I ordered at 11:20am. They said it would be delivered at 12:08pm. At 12:25pm, I called to ask about our order. They said it's on the way. At 12:40pm, I called again. Again, they said it will be there any minute. At 12:55pm I called for the third time. Same story. I asked for them to cancel the order because our lunch break was over. They never refunded my money. When I called 4 days later to ask about a refund- they said "I don't know, contact PayPal". It's a week later. Still no refund. Worst customer service ever. How are they still in business? read more

I'm not from this town but I've been here for the summer working and I wish I had found out about this place when I first got here because their subs are fantastic. I've been eating at subway, Pizza Hut , some Chineese take out and this place blows them all away and they're even better with their prices. Great service, great price and the food is fresh. Thumbs up guys! Next time I'm here this is where I will eat. read more

Right next to the Greyhound bus stop. I will sometimes get a turkey wrap here. It is pretty good. Staff is friendly and show you to use the bathroom here. The pizza itself is excellent. I only discovered this place a few weeks ago and have been there a few times for some slices when in Glens Falls. Its quick and the cheese pizza is quite good. Tried the popcorn chicken once and wasn't too impressed. I always ate in the dining room, which does not look that great and is pretty hot in the summer. Staff isn't the friendliest, but they get the job done. Showed up 45 minutes before closing once and they weren't doing slices anymore. But i do give them credit for the quality and speed of the slices. Otherwise they would be a lower rating. read more

Empire pizza is my go to place. Their pizza is always amazing and cheesy. They give a generous amount of toppings that are sure to fill you up. Their other foods are just as great. I've never ordered something that I ended up not liking. Delivery is very speedy, they almost never make you wait a crazy amount of food. If they mess up your order they are generally more than happy to send you exactly what you wanted if you give them a call and politely let them know what this issue is. read more

I have always liked their pizza, was very disappointed tonight..I ordered a small veggie pizza,,,way way too many veggies and not enough sauce and cheese..very dry....I will ask them next time to go light on veggies and more on cheese and sauce...I don't know why they did this but I hope they are a little more careful next time!! My husband loves their wings though!! read more

Wish i didnt have to put a star...think about putting red stars for negative ratings. I ordered 2 large pizzas at 550 tonight online.... said delivery at 648. I had to call in to see where my order was at 715. Talked to a lady who called me"hunny" one to many times. She said "we have been very busy but i know your order just left and will be there shortly". ( i live around the corner). 30 minutes went by and no order so i called again... come to find out that the order was NEVER made. NEVER MADE!!! So not only do you not plan for busy Friday's you also have liers working there. I work for a big local company that orders just about 1-2 times a month...i will be telling them what happened and no more Empire!!! Word of mouth is the biggest way to spread negative ratings and you all get a negative number!!! read more

I had one of the worst weekends of my life with a breakup, unplanned move, etc and my best friend mom and I worked to the bone all weekend driving trucks, moving, looking for last min housing, and just general hell. My best friend and I wandered in here exhausted looking for pizza and a beer. The friendly and courteous women here greeted us and advised us they dont serve beer. We needed beer. Tracy directed us to a neighboring bar, where we would be taken care of, set us up with the bartender, then instead of waiting for us to finish our drink and go pick up our pizza, came and hand delivered it to us fresh out of the oven. Tracy is amazing and needs a raise and whatever else you can award an employee for A+++ service and delicious food. If shes not the manager she should be. Thank you Tracy. ThANK you!!!! read more
