I ordered delivery after my 12 hour shift. The parm/garlic wings were not what I am used to so I called to complain that they were very dry with no sauce at all. I was promptly told they they were behind and if I wanted to replace them I'd have to come get them or wait 1.5 hours. Then the manager who was arguing with me told me he would only replace them with the same thing and it's not his fault I don't like them- he makes the sauce himself every morning so he knows its good. The point is I don't like your version so I should be able to get something different. This manager is a very bad example to his employees about how you should treat customers and very rude. I say this comes in at a solid 3.5 right now. I've been here twice both times I've gotten take out. The service was really quick and I think the prices are pretty reasonable. The portions are definitely really big as well. My only dislike was the first meal I got there was a meatball sub. Well that's what they called it. It was more like a meatball french bread pizza as it was served open face. It was tasty enough but it was weird and I would have preferred the traditional style sub. This last time I got a Hawaiian Stromboli and that was delicious and gigantic. This definitely bumped the place up in my estimation food wise. We actually live in SGF and they still deliver to us :-) We also go to the restaurant pretty often which is also a great experience; very clean, great music (Bob Marely), retro decor. Their points system is awesome! There have been many many times when our $40 order dropped to a $12 price because of the accrued points, or lower! My son loves the name :-) the fresh cookies, and the pepperoni pizza, however their specialty pizzas are to die for!!! You will end of loving things you didn't even think you liked. Everything is always fresh and hot, even when delivered. Prices are unbeatable. Even the boneless wings are awesome and I'm picky about wings :-) And they offer more sauces than just the typical buffalo sauce, which btw is excellent too! I have been searching for a new go-to place for wings. This is not it. I like my wings crispy. So that when you bite into them the skin crackles, and all the fat is gone. Being that I had never ordered wings from here I requested them extra,extra,extra crisp. I picked up my order, and hurried home to find they were cooked the standard way.
