I ran across to the convenience store to get a bit more cash from the ATM. I knew this beforehand- it just slipped my mind. Visitors should be aware! Arriving back, I was greeted by Ms Monie who was busy taking orders and checking one patron out. While waiting, I was asked numerous offensive questions by the owner. Calling to correct it became a bit irritating as the phone was busy when trying to call to reconcile the issues. I tried calling more than a handful of times- which was busy each time. Sometimes they take the phone off the hook when they get a bit in the weeds. Hoping that was the case. I considered not adding a Yelp review; but felt it was worth it to encourage management- if they read these to try to revive the old Ramon's charm and standards.
