Consensus: Small Time Hot Dogs needs to work on some things. I'll give them another shot next time they are around because a good, solid hot dog is super hard to find. They need to work on a good structure for their dog (bun, mustard on the bottom along the center of the bun, ketchup on the sides of the dog, relish and kraut on the top of the mustard, then dog, then a drizzle of cheese (or none) and then send it on it's way. So overall... I will give them a second shot because the hot dog itself was very tasty. If you see this truck, support it and go buy some dogs.
