The lunch buffet was awful it cost my husband and I $24.45 ( we drank water) to eat cold dried out pizza, dried out pasta, bread sticks with no dipping sauces and a very minimal salad bar. We ate what we could choke down and left leaving no tip whichI never do but all the plates we used remained on our table until we left, after giving us our drinks we never saw the waitress again until she left the bill. We had a group of us approximately 15 people. Preordered over the phone our order for dine in. The employee was very helpful in the ordering process. They had an area set up for us & were accommodating. Our large order of pizzas and pastas came out timely and fresh. Anything we asked for the servers and manager took care of promptly. The price was unbelievable for the quality and amount of food and excellent service. Kevin, Aaron, Jamie and Preston were all very professional, friendly & kind. this had to be the worst experience ever in the history of pizza hut. They delivered my food to the wrong address didn't confirm my address before the end of call. Their management and employees are the most incompetent children on earth. Mentioned they don't give refunds and even went so far to suggest I ordered improperly. If you want your order to be wrong and sent to the wrong place come here there is much better in town. NEVER ever buy here. Service was very good. Jayshon was the server. The buffet was ok. We requested a pizza and it took awhile for it to come out of the kitchen. The salad bar had only a few veggies on it but it seemed fresh enough. No manager in sight. read more

I watched this pizza hut being built. Literally. My mom used to bring me to the parking lot so I could watch. We'd take lunches, it was actually a lot of fun since I was really little. Pizza hut was also my first pizza. I came to love the doughyness of this stuff. The service and management are awful. We waited for our check for about 15 minutes while our server went outside and sat in her friends' car. I've had other issues with management. This place is horrible. We have tried so many times to give them a chance because they are the only pizza hut in the area. There is always something wrong with our order. We have complained to management but they act like they're not interested. Enough is enough. Tonight we ordered online. Our carryout would be ready in 10 to 20 minutes. Went to pick it up and after waiting over 1 hour, seeing people coming in placing orders and getting their food, we finally got ours. They were not busy, and our order was 2 sandwiches and 1 pizza. Oh what a slow service. Expect to be here at least 1.5hr if you are dinning. I came here because town is pretty much shut down on Sundays and no good restaurant is open. Pizza tastes like pizza hut. With a remade menu and pitchers of inexpensive beer we really want to love this place. However, we don't really understand why they have multiple tvs tuned to fox news and bowling. It also seemed to take a really long time to get our two pizzas. That being said, both the pepperoni lovers and skinny beach pizzas were great. No Sunday beer sales. read more

Ordered last night for my crew on line. They were supposed to deliver by 7:05 pm. When I called to find out where they were, the girl said they tried to call me and my credit card was declined. This was not true I have several cards with all applicable credit. So I gave her another card number., When the pizzas arrived they were ice cold with hardly any sauce on them. I paid over 70 dollars for my crew to have cold,crappy pizza. You lost business. Since my facility is next door of over 1000 employees.. - I complained to the waitress that men's restroom has terrible foul smell - and the reply was "it always smells - we tried our best, but don't know from where the smell comes from" - I ordered cheese sticks - and they were served burnt (black all over). When I said they are burnt, it was replaced with another one which was a bit less burnt. - I ordered tuscany pasta - and it was served in aluminium foil bowl. I arrived to pick up some food my mother had ordered on a seemingly mildly slow Tuesday evening. The guy that helped me was nice he brought out my food (two medium pizzas and two orders of wings) and came around the counter to check the boxes and make sure everything was correct. As he read the receipt I guess he realized my order had a salad on it. So he disappears into the kitchen for a few minutes and I'm thinking he's making my salad all the while. Instead he brings me a small plastic box and says to me "umm usually what we do is just give u a box and let u make your own salad from the salad bar". My response was a confused "umm oh ok uh what kind of salad was it?". He told me it was an Italian chef salad. Take note- I'm very perplexed cuz I just showed up to pick up some food real quick and this guy wants me to whip up my own salad not to mention I didn't order the salad so I have no idea what goes on it. I go to the bar and try to come up with what I think my mom would want on this salad of hers. The selection was very limited and picked over. There was no selection hardly at all. I finish and go over to the small sliver of countertop at the register my order was left on and embarrass my self trying to angrily shut my piece of crap salad box that keeps popping open. I was given no bag and I literally had a stack of six different sizes boxes. So I get home and do a balancing act with the food to get through the 4 freaking doors of the house and my mom is ravenously hungry. She's on a diet btw so she's a complete beast and this salad was the only thing her weight watchers allowed her to eat from Pizza Hut. I tell her what happened and she starts yelling cuz she paid $7.95 for this deluxe salad that all this meat and stuff on it. She even ordered a special dressing on the side which of course I didn't get. So yeah basically Pizza Hut when a customer orders pickup they don't want to waste 15 minutes making there own food. They want it ready to go and they want what they paid for. Complete disaster. read more

WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER! I went in to put in an order and waiting there for it to finish so I could carry-out. I was made to pay for it first which has never happened before and I was told the wait time was going to be 15-20 minutes. I came in 15 minutes later and my pizza and wings still were not finished. I proceeded to wait inside where they could clearly see me and how aggravated I was getting for OVER AND HOUR!!! I wanted to leave and just go somewhere else but since I was made to pay first I didn't feel like going through the hassle of a refund. This has been one of the worst pizza huts I've ever been to...and that says a lot. The staff doesn't seem to care, the 'manager' is an angry middle aged man who seemed to enjoy barking at the staff, while doing nothing himself to help. Waited for 5-7 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, (besides the angry manager) while two servers argued over who got the last cigarette. I had tried to call in an order and after 11 minutes on the phone the frustrated employee stated 'I don't know what to do and my manager keeps getting angry at me' and the phone hung up. I went in and ordered, pizza tasted old and greasy like they make them ahead of time and throw (a measly portion) of whichever toppings you've ordered. Tasted days old. I have eaten is a lot of pizza huts over the years as it is our favorite pizza. HOWEVER, we ate in the one in Wooster last night and it was a disaster. the waitress seemed more interested in hiding out by the beverage area. The pizza was under cooked and cold when it finally arrived at our table. After waiting for our waitress to appear for 10 minutes. I went to the counter. A guy approached me and asked if he could help. I told him out pizza was cold and I wanted it heated. He said someone would be out immediately. After another 20 minutes, our "waitress returned" I told her I wanted a box and my bill. I tiold her about the problems. She left and about 10 minutes later she returned and said the manager wanted to know if we wanted another pizza. I said no, just my bill and a box. I finally got the bill, paid and left and will probably throw the pizza away. I checked it out at home. Was not brown on the bottom, had about half the topping you usually get, and the cheese looked congealed and old. Doubt if it was a fresh one. Probably one cooked for someone else and just reheatd and served. Will never go into this place again. Worse restaurant ever. read more
