Burnt ends were not much better, barely any char or coloring on them. Everything just tasted like it was boiled or cooked with no sauce or seasoning on anything. The do supply a spicy and regular bbq sauce at the table and those tasted good but I suspect those were some generic sauce from a food supplier. The sides were ok. We had coleslaw, beans, potato salad, and the fried corn. The potato salad is the pretty common white potato salad you get from the food supplier. It's good but don't come here expecting home made potato salad. I've been to BBQ places all across the country and this was probably the worst I've been too by far. Cockroach aside I wouldn't be back, would've rated it two stars if it weren't for that. Very disappointed and absolutely disgusted to say the least.

They tasted more like a lower-quality frozen product, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Even with the restaurant getting busy and a live band setting up, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. One thing to note is that we initially arrived around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, only to find out they weren't open and was told that something came up and they didnt open until 3:00 p.m. on this Sunday. Overall, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate the great service, but I hope the kitchen can get back to the food quality that made Lindberg's one of my favorite spots in the past.
