OK, as someone who works in the restaurant industry I'm not normally one to complain. However the…read moreexperience I had this morning was ridiculous. I placed a mobile order online for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a latte i arrived at the location to pick it up 20 minutes later and then I went inside when it said your order is ready on the app so at this point, my order was placed probably 25 minutes. I go inside and still stand there and wait for my mobile order for 30 more minutes during this time there is a customer standing at the registrar to be waited on and he is standing there for the whole time i'm inside. Also there is employees in the back just standing around and talking. It's just ridiculous. What's the point in having the option for a mobile order if you're still gonna have to wait almost an hour for your order like I said my order was placed 20 minutes before I arrived and then once I was in there, I still had to wait 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a latte. Something needs to be done.

I stopped by this Zaxby's recently and while there's nothing particularly special or standout about…read morethe location, I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently things were running. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped completely around the building which usually means a long wait no matter how you order. I chose to go inside, and by the time I got my food and was heading out, both the lobby and the drive-thru were completely cleared out. That kind of speed during a rush is definitely worth mentioning. The bathrooms were clean, and my food came out hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were very small (which seems to be an ongoing trend at Zaxby's), but still tasted good. One thing I did notice and it stood out as a safety concern was that there were several areas of standing water around the lobby. They had the white caution signs out, but it still seemed like a pretty big slipping hazard, especially for anyone moving quickly or not paying close attention. Overall, it was a solid experience: fast service, clean restrooms, hot food. Just be careful walking through the lobby and Zaxby's, please give those tenders a little more love!
