Door dash finally Gives us a refund after an hour on the phone, which we have to wait 48 hours to our hard earned money back..... So no tacos and we have to reorder and spend more money on burgers from McDonald's to fulfill our hunger for the night after having to call corporate, and management smdh.... 0 Stars if possible.... I'm sorry spent over $50 for tacos, never received them... and have to wait 2 days to get my money back... 000 Stars and wouldn't recommend Taco Bell's app.. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped completely around the building which usually means a long wait no matter how you order. I chose to go inside, and by the time I got my food and was heading out, both the lobby and the drive-thru were completely cleared out. That kind of speed during a rush is definitely worth mentioning. The bathrooms were clean, and my food came out hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were very small (which seems to be an ongoing trend at Zaxby's), but still tasted good. One thing I did notice and it stood out as a safety concern was that there were several areas of standing water around the lobby. They had the white caution signs out, but it still seemed like a pretty big slipping hazard, especially for anyone moving quickly or not paying close attention. Overall, it was a solid experience: fast service, clean restrooms, hot food. Just be careful walking through the lobby and Zaxby's, please give those tenders a little more love!
