My entree was perfectly cooked pan-seared salmon filet, with perfectly grilled large asparagus and the most amazing take on grits I have ever had (not your mama's breakfast grits). They were delicately flavored with butter, a hint of cheese and I don't know what else but it understated while still having flavors that seemed too complex for grits to have, without being overdone.
