Absolutely terrible experience here. Waited almost right at an hour for my order. The service is HORRENDOUS. I do not recommend at all.

I stopped by this Zaxby's recently and while there's nothing particularly special or standout about the location, I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently things were running. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped completely around the building which usually means a long wait no matter how you order. I chose to go inside, and by the time I got my food and was heading out, both the lobby and the drive-thru were completely cleared out. That kind of speed during a rush is definitely worth mentioning. The bathrooms were clean, and my food came out hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were very small (which seems to be an ongoing trend at Zaxby's), but still tasted good. One thing I did notice and it stood out as a safety concern was that there were several areas of standing water around the lobby. They had the white caution signs out, but it still seemed like a pretty big slipping hazard, especially for anyone moving quickly or not paying close attention. Overall, it was a solid experience: fast service, clean restrooms, hot food. Just be careful walking through the lobby and Zaxby's, please give those tenders a little more love! read more

This place has earned their one star ratings. They have an inefficient system of filling orders that leaves customers waiting for long periods of time. When I walked in it was impossible to tell who had ordered and who was waiting for food. The cashier would take one order, walk away, avoid eye contact with everyone, fill the order, and then take another order. This was repeated until your turn. It was painfully slow. One customer walked out after waiting a while. The drive thru was taking orders and making people wait for food. Someone needs to incorporate a better system here. Once i got my Zalad it was fine. WORST fast food service on earth.. if you want to sit in a parking spot for 20+min waiting for 3 chicken tenders and a salad, this is the place for you. Then I had to pull back to the window and explain what I ordered because the guy bringing food out is too stupid to read the screen I guess? I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Well I did as he requested and I emailed him and I restated my complaint and included how the place could improve. To start off, I love Zaxby's and it is my favorite fast food however i would NOT recommend this exact Zaxby's to my worst enemy. We first went inside and there was already a couple before us whose order had not been taken yet. We both stood there for at least 7 minutes before the cashier had taken anybody's order and she kept repeating "I will be with y'all in a moment" but would find other stuff to do before still taking orders. At this point there was a line of people almost to the door of people waiting for their orders to be taken. After waiting this long we decided to go through the drive thru, after we had given our order and pulled up to the window we saw that the couple who was before us originally was just now placing their order inside. After paying for our food we were told along with other cars before and behind ours to "pull up" to a parking space, which in total was 6 cars at ONE TIME before any of us got our food. Once we did receive our food, after they took it to the wrong vehicle the first time, we received the wrong sauces. So the other person I was with went back inside to switch them out, when he went back inside we were met with the same very rude cashier who said "if you ordered through the drive thru you have to go back in the drive thru to fix it." Even though the sauces were directly behind her. The cashier ended up giving him the correct sauces after a lot of huffing. The inside was clean but it had only been open for an hour or two as we got there at 12pm. Moral of the story the cashier who works at the front does not need to be dealing with customers if she is going to treat them that way, or maybe shouldn't be there at all since she acted like she didn't want to do her job ‍ read more

Avoid at all costs. The staff are rude, unprofessional and inexperienced. The food as pictured below is more of a chicken nugget plate with 3 fries as the extra portion of fries. Considering they are always out of half of the items on the menu, save your sanity and go somewhere else read more

This is a great Zaxby's! Clean, food was fresh and employees were super nice! They accidentally gave me the wrong bag and the employee went running after me but couldn't catch me in time. Lol. I noticed quickly and walked back in. They thought I'd be mad when I came back and were super apologetic (I wasn't mad at all, those things happen). It was honestly so nice to see people actually CARE about and take pride in their job! HAIR IN FOOD. Stopped here for a couple of grilled chicken salads with my wife. The carbonation in the drinks was out of adjustment. Brought it to the young ladies attention. When I received my salad, it was laced with long black, nappy African American hair. I showed it to the manager. She then asked me if I wanted another salad. There were several young black ladies,one with extremely long dreadlocks. All were not wearing hairnets. Manager gave me a refund. Wish I could give no stars. Frustrated.... I thought that it would be routine,to go through the Drive Through. I was the third car in line; surely no big deal. Well, I was wrong. After I ordered, I was waiting for 18min! The hold up was one customer, two cars ahead of me. The drive through line was starting to wrap around the building. The original folks behind me, ended up leaving. I was so tempted,but I was on a mission. When I finally got to the window, they read out my order incorrectly. I repeated my order again. They had to scramble to accommodate. The absolute worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. The short blonde hair girl at the window was beyond rude to the point she should be fired. Not to mention the food took 25 minuets to get, was wrong TWICE. refused to include my sauces that came with my chicken strip meals without paying extra?? When I didn't even get sauces in the boxes. The drinks were wrong the tea was old , I'm talking has to have been days old or molded. I'd recommend going to literally ANY other establishment. Also was refused contact with manager and window was closed in my face. We were definitely mad- we could all plainly see the lazy workers just chilling out in the back, without a care in the world while there were AT LEAST 6 TABLES waiting. When I went to Zaxbys , I ordered a 5 peice chicken tender meal and I received only 3 tenders. Then on top of that I also ordered a 5 peice meal boneless wings sweet and spicy sauce and received them with barley anything coating them. Their service was ok but I'm dissatisfied and dissapontied in how bad my meal was. I usually never to complain but it's time something is said. Ok so we usually love zaxbys. Never had a bad experience. But tonight we stopped by this location, never been here before.. we ordered a chicken wing plate, a big Zac snack, and two Asian sandwiches. Everything except the sandwiches were good. The sandwiches took 15 minutes to get to us after ordering, and you can see what the inside of the filet looks like by the photo. It's purple! The chicken was "squishy" and undercooked. The drink machine was out of ice. But overall the employees were nice and the building & bathrooms were not very clean. These are quick fixes that we are sure can be resolved. But we WERE THE ONLY people in that restaurant besides the employees and our food took forever for a fast food restaurant. Very surprised to have a bad experience at zaxbys. Hope you can resolve these issues. I've read some other reviews on Google and Yelp, and it seems you haven't really tried to resolve them. read more

Worst service ever. I came here at 5:20 pm. I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes at the speaker before getting service. Then I was greeted with "Hello?" Like he was answering a phone call. Then I was immediately pulled up with 5 other cars already pulled up "which had I'd known about I would've never ordered. Then after waiting 20 minutes pulled up my order was brought out and was missing part of my order. Then had to park and go in a waited 10 more minutes. I'm just now getting my complete order at 5:54. Mind you there was only 1 customer dining in. I love Zaxby's but I'll never eat at this location again. If you're ever in this area I'd suggest the bojangles right down from here or even the McDonalds beside them.
