The menu is mostly the same things you can get from BB Kings, just in a fast casual type of service. We dined at BB Kings one day and the next we decided to grab Lucille's for lunch before heading out. We grabbed an order of tenders and a burger, both sided with fries. The tenders were well fried, and I mean they were overcooked and rubbery. Couldn't even eat them all unfortunately. The burger was okay, a bit dry, which I guess is on trend. Fries were the best part for us both. Service was a bit hectic and chaotic. There was a line, and while they kept it moving, the wait times for folks was a bit long. So, cashiers were moving wayyyyy faster than the kitchen. We had time, so were not stressing it, but a few other guests were not fans of waiting upwards of 20 minutes to get their "quick service" food. Along with that, the cashier was clearly stressed and not super big on friendly service. It wasn't bad, just not up to the level we received everywhere else at the casino. Prices were fair, which was a nice touch. Tenders and burger with fries ran us around $30 for both. Overall, Lucille's was our least favorite outlet at Wind Creek.

After waiting over 20 minutes, I finally received my order, only to find it was incorrect (received a regular instead of a large). When I went inside to address the issue, I overheard an employee say I was bringing something back, and the manager (Kayla) responded, "and she can wait," before even speaking to me. When she finally approached me, she was rude and dismissive, referenced items I never ordered, and when I requested a refund, she told me I needed to request it the same way I paid and then said, "you need to cook at home." Very unprofessional experience, long wait time, incorrect order, and poor customer service.

This was very interesting considering this pizza location has already delivered to my address on several past occasions and to our neighborhood. According to the manager this slipped past their team because they are supposed to screen for addresses that this location has determined to be too far. Maybe Domino's could ask Pizza Hut for some help because they figured out how to ask for a customer's location and then let you know before ordering if they can deliver to that address. So, if you wondering the distance Dominos will deliver-- it's about 8.4 miles. My house was 9.6 miles according to the Apple Maps. As for the food and drinks, they were pretty mediocre. We tried the catfish and grits, shrimp and grits, and blackened chicken Alfredo pasta. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. One thing to keep in mind, it is LOUD inside. The live music made it pretty difficult to have a conversation at the table.
