Went there this past Thursday 7/24/25 and ordered the Big Box Deal with 2 pizza's and breadsticks & boneless wings. But we did want extra cheese on one of the Pizza"s. $26. Thats fine. Ordered for delivery with an estimate of 40 minutes. After 40 minutes received a call from a woman who sounded like she was high saying that they were closing and that they wouldn't fulfill my order. Contacted Pizza Hut corporate who stated the local restaurant would reach out within 3 days to correct this issue. It has now been nearly a week with not contact, so obviously customer service is a foreign concept for Pizza Hut. read more

I ordered a personal pan pizza and i don't even think they cooked it it was very doughy

We went to Pizza Hut for an impromptu dinner. Then my husband ended up in the hospital for major surgery. He just got his bank statement and Pizza Hut charged us twice. Once for $30 and change, then for $35 and change to add the $5 tip. He just went to Pizza Hut and they were not polite and said there was nothing they could do because it was more than a few days ago! They offered NOTHING as recompense and were not remorseful or helpful at all! Corporate was contacted but I'm not hopeful this will be resolved. read more

This "restaurant" is basically an educational tool for what NOT to do in order to pass a health inspection. Mold growing out of the air vents. Floor so sticky that my shoe actually pulled off my foot when I just walked in. I wanted the buffet for lunch. I went to the buffet... they have plates stacked service-side-up (against health code) and I had to go through 48 plates in order to find one free of unwashed food. After eating some pizza and paying my bill, I went to the restroom... zero hand towels, zero toilet paper, zero diaper wipes... had I unwittingly used the facilities, I woulda been stuck perhaps using my sock to clean myself. Every time I eat here, I say it'll be my last. This is a small town with very few dining opportunities... but move on to the next place ... don't go here. read more

Ordered two hand tossed pizzas, you could literally see through them! My son was having friends over, and they wouldn't even eat it. When my wife asked the counter person why there was no mushrooms, she rudely said "We're Out!!!" Didn't even tell my wife when she ordered. The pizza is a pizza hut pizza the toppings seem scarce. They don't sauce the thin crust out far enough so huge crust pieces. Would recommend getting a crust topping so it is not dry! One word... DON'T! I love Pizza Hut food but the staff and overall experience I have encountered at this location and their LACK of ANY care or concern for the customer is beyond explanation. 13 reasons ( Ok I could do that but lets give 6 so you don't die reading this) why Weirton Pizza Hut is horrific! 1. Delivery area. This location will deliver to my office, a mile further away from their location than my house, but will no longer service our neighborhood, which is in Marland Heights at the bottom of the hill. 2. Location cleanliness. When walking in tables are not wiped and some are greasy and dirty. The floors are sticky or oily and the restaurant doesn't smell or look clean. 3. Professionalism. Well, more like utter lack of professionalism. I don't expect the staff to be Rhodes Scholars but being able to carry on a conversation among themselves without f***, sh*** and other adjectives or verbs would be nice. 4. Lacking integrity, website states that a pizza has a promotional price of 3 toppings on any regular crust (not stuffed, not garlic bites) for $7.99 but when you get to the store you're charged $11.00 (Ordered Pepperoni, Sausage and extra cheese) because "Extra Cheese is not considered a topping and is charged extra". For the other two pizzas there was no explanation and refusal was made to make the problem right. 5. Lack of preparation. How can you go to a pizza place and they're out of Pepperoni?? Really? You're 500 feet from a WalMart. With all the staff you have standing around, I feel certain someone could run to Wally world and get a few bags of pepperoni, 6. Lack of concern about quality. Pizza over cooked, Under cooked? Wrong toppings? Missing toppings? Who cares!!! Not the staff. And apparently no management because when complaint is made, an apology is given but nothing offered to fix the problem. Not even an offer of $2.00 or so off your next purchase.. NOTHING. I'm not sure the food that gets thrown away there is any worse than what they serve you. Dirty, unprofessional, dishonest, unknowledgable, understocked and uncaring. Is that somewhere you want to eat? If so, go there and enjoy! Otherwise steer clear and visit one of the many GOOD pizza shops in the Weirton Area. read more

Service what service? You could half starve to death waiting for the one and only waitress. Drinks never get refilled (I actually had to take my cup to the kitchen and ask). When you finally get to order their is a 50% chance they are out of what you want. I was told they had no pepperoni one time (come on it's a pizza shop). The last few times we were there the food was either undercooked (raw dough) or over done (breadsticks hard as a rock). I've written several e-mails to the company hoping things may change (nope). The tables are always filthy as well as the restrooms (smell very bad). And hearing the cooks in the back complaining and cursing is not a family friendly environment. This is a new restaurant that's going downhill in the express lane. I wouldn't recommend this place for your dog to eat at this point. Perhaps they can fix the problems with new management or ownership but right now it's a "No Go" This is a picture I took of a vent overhead of people eating. Dirt? Mold? Update (7 months later): So I decided to give this place another chance... BIG MISTAKE Restrooms are disgusting with stuff that appears to be growing on the wall. First of if I could do 0 stars I would. I've given this place so many chances. Service is horrible. Cheese on bread sticks always burnt. And only thing that kept my hopes up were the boneless Buffalo wings. However last time I ordered I could not eat them. Must have been spoiled sauce or what not. Tasted like straight vinegar. Every time I order from here, I want to take the pictures off their website and in their ads and say "See? This is how your food is SUPPOSED to look". I say "supposed to" because it rarely does. It's either burnt or undercooked. Half the time you don't get what you order. Once your order arrives (if it does) then the delivery drivers complain that you don't tip or that it's not enough. This is the WORST pizza hut ever! I called ahead and they said it would be ready in 20 mins....well, we got there 20 mins later, and sat in drivethru for another 45 mins!!!! They gave us $10 off our next purchase, so, two weeks later, my wife called an order in, they told her 20 mins....she sat in drivethru for 40 mins!!!! That was several months ago, and we have NOT been there since and will never go there again! If you dine in there, the waitresses are like slugs! Stopped there last night and there were several problems. First off I call ahead and get told when I get there it will be 35 minutes I explained to them I called 30 minutes ago. Then was told 20 more minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I asked if my order was done and it was in their warmer. No one could tell me my order was done? Asked for blue cheese and ranch and did not get either. One waitress did nothing but walk around doing nothing. The others looked busy though. I don't know if I will go back. read more
