After getting my address she asked what I wanted, and I asked for 6 slices, to which she said "Oh" which leads me to believe ordering a smaller number is an unspoken problem. She then said okay and hung up without telling me a price or time for arrival. So I'm currently waiting to see if it even arrives. I'm writing this before the food arrives as I'm not expecting it to blow my socks off with the quality anyway, but the lack of basic phone etiquette would prevent a higher review regardless of how the pizza tastes. UPDATE: I waited an hour after ordering to call them back and ask what the problem was. They didn't answer the first time then hung up immediately when I called again. Tonight, we tried to redeem that offer. After confirming the store's location and checking my call log, the manager claimed we had never ordered from them before! He demanded a receipt as proof. After digging it out, we called again, only to be told my husband had to drive 20 minutes to the store just to place the order. He did, and then the manager claimed the non-itemized receipt didn't prove we ordered pizza. Seriously? The level of incompetence and poor customer service is astounding. They not only messed up our order but then accused us of lying and made it incredibly difficult to resolve their mistake. Save yourself the frustration and find another pizza place.
