Pizza has the potential to be 4-5 stars, but for some reason this place refuses to put an acceptable amount of cheese... maybe the owner was lactose intolerant growing up, because his hatred for cheese shows... lol if you order their pizza with regular cheese, it comes with none... so I order and pay for extra cheese, disappointingly it comes as pictured below every time. I wish I could be more positive. Here's why I can't. Our group ordered several pizzas at 6 pm last Saturday for delivery. We were hungry and ready for supper. After 2 additional calls, the pizzas were eventually delivered after 8:30 pm. Yes, you read that right. The pizzas were delivered two and a half hours later. Needless to say, the pizza order wasn't correct. We were missing the Supreme, and there were other errors as well, such as smaller sizes than we had ordered. Of course, the pizzas were not hot when they were delivered. We were simply told, "Sorry, we got busy." This is so inexcusable. They might have offered a discount or something, given the long, long delay, the cold pizza, and the inaccurate order. I would never order from here again after this experience. read more

We recently had Iggy's cater our family reunion dinner of about 55 people this last weekend. I worked with Tim in planning the menu and arrangements and he was attentive and super helpful throughout. The food came delicious, fresh and hot. The portion amount was plenty generous. Everyone was very pleased with the 3 pasta dishes we had and the garlic bread and salad. White Pizza is great, Its flavorful and loaded with wonderful ingredients. They have so many menu items to choose from. I have tried almost all of them and really enjoyed each of them. The best Calzone I have ever had. The Servers are all so nice and good at making you feel welcome. If it appetizers you are after look no more. I have bought izzy's pizza for years.The last 2 times I have been disappointed. Monday 1/7/13 at 4:10 I went in, ordered a white pizza & 10 reg. pizza. I had to wait a half an hour, which I don't mind for fresh pizza. To my dismay, when I got home the white pizza was great, but the 10 reg. were reheated from lunch. After ending up in Toronto with absolutely no idea of where to eat (not a lot of options) my wife and I stumbled onto Iggy's. It is an unassuming building in a little plaza so easy to miss. The food however was surprisingly solid. We ordered a few things- antipasto salad, pizza, appetizers and they all had a twist to them that indicated their chef is trying to not just serve "pizza joint" food. So we called in an ordered and told them someone else was calling one in also and was picking them both up. Well they wrote the name wrong and when my dad went to pick up the order he asked if there was another one but they said no just 1. So he figured we changed our mind and left. Well I called in and asked about my pizza and they said it was placed and they wrote the wrong name. So I said well I'm not coming to get it because we were out all day doing yard work and we live about 45 mins away. Well they got mad and said so I have a pizza here that's going to go to waste and blamed my dad for not asking for a manager. And got agitated with me and hung up. Now I order from here a lot when working twice this week, this being #3 and I can't complain about there pizza or food it's good. However I'm very disappointed about the error they made and the lack of good customer service for blaming it on us when it was there fault. Their pasta is pretty good. I prefer other pizza places. Got an order of garlic bread here a while back and WOW was it SALTY. Had to be thrown away from the insane amount of garlic salt that was on that thing. Even after scraping off a layer of salt under the cheese, it was inedible. read more

Very disappointed in this restaurant. Moved to the area about 8 months ago, tired of very few options to eat in the area and decided to order Iggys for carry out. The fettuccine Alfredo was good until I noticed a hair in the pasta...followed by 3 more as I tried to pick around it. Not my hair either as mine is dark and this was blonde. Also, the vegetables in the wedding soup were crunchy, hardly cooked. Worst takeout I have had, not to mention the staff when calling and checking out not very pleasant. No thank you, no smile, just seemed irritated to be working on a Sunday. You are better off driving the extra 20 mins to Naples sphegetti house in Steubenville...much better! read more
