Pull up and it stills says the special on the side of the building. Walk in and they show me my receipt and they explain why. Ok that's fine but why have I never been charged like this before ? What is usually $28 now costs me $43. All because of some extra cheese ? I could've went and bought a bag of mozzarella cheese myself for $4 and heated it on there myself. Will never go back. I don't mind paying the extra but as I said for over a year it's been one price now all of a sudden it was almost double the price. Your pizza really isn't that good anyways.

After a year of finding other places to go to for family outings, my husband had stopped by Dominos a couple times and seen that particular female worker appeared to no longer be there, and so we decided to give them another try again. Initially things went pretty good even thou there was 1 mix-up whereby we got someone else's order and also a couple times they didnt quite follow the way we placed our order but we shrugged it off since the food was still pretty good. So come today is now the third time that we keep encountering problems and had enough of them. Me and my husband called their number and got another LAME AI talker. The fake operator said they have a special here today and then proceeded to explain the special, gave the price for it, and asked if wanting to accept that offer. We said yes and then the fake operator said would transfer us to a worker. The worker then asked how she can help us. We said that their fake operator took our order and then said the worker would complete it. The worker acted like she had no idea what was going on. So we repeated what the fake operator said was the special there, and then the worker said sorry we dont have that special. We said please call your own number there and see for yourself as to what their fake operator was programmed to tell the customers was a special at their store. The worker then kept diverting around doing that and proceeded to tell us what specials they have. After she went through the specials and their costs, we settled on one of them, she then gathered all of the details for the crust, toppings etc for that order, said for us to hold on, and then came back with the a cost which was a bit more than what she initially told us and then asked if we wanted a 2 liter of pop to go with it. My husband then mentioned to her thats not the cost she initially gave us and then she continued to say sorry for that but wouldnt tell us why there was a new cost being given to us, and so we said this is just incompetence at your business and we need to go elsewhere. It is SO RIDICULOUS anymore after AI being incorporated into nearly everything while corporations flat out lie telling us the great benefits of AI while the reality is the AI frees up money for their own pockets while we're increasingly receiving half-azzed service with fake operators. We're then given advertisements that hypes up the actuality of most everything about the businesses, and then we're constantly told the lame formatted reply of "sorry for the inconvenience" when they fail to provide the service we paid for.
