There are no pictures to add to this review and I can't comment on the taste, however I can comment on the service and ambiance. The store appeared mostly clean. That's the only positive thing I can say. I will NEVER EVER order from this Pizza Hut again. We placed an order via the app and the pick up was for 7:53pm. It is now 10:23pm and we have no pizza. We are on vacation and our family has no dinner. The manager or whoever the tall white guy with long hair and no teeth is called me rude bc I demanded a refund after patiently waiting for 2 HOURS!!!! He also told me it was his last day and didn't care, and I could just come back tomorrow and ask for a refund then. Refused to do anything about it. So we are out almost $50 and have nothing to show for it. There were over 10 people waiting for their orders crowded in the store. Frustrations were high with everyone. The way all of the people were treated was beyond unprofessional. There was a customer there filming other customers like it was some kind of joke. I'm making a formal complaint with Pizza Hut and filing a claim with my credit card company to get a refund from this trash establishment. In case I wasn't clear, I do not recommend. read more

Absolute utter fraud. You can't claim that you have a pizza delivery service and take over an hour to deliver the pizza on a Sunday night. I live 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from this place, and I still haven't gotten my food. I'm not paying for this. read more

The redhead guy is nice and cool but whoever is in the back needs to understand better teamwork or ease of service. I shouldn't have to be told twice that my food is being remade. And acting like my food just doesn't exist, when my name is on the board and I have the app open. I showed at 9:4pm when my food said it was ready, Was told 10 more minutes. 10 minutes later, the guy in the front said that the food needed to be remade and that it would take 10 minutes. 10 minutes later again, and they said it hasn't been made in the slightest so they are re-remaking it. Absolutely livid right now, I also work at a Pizza Place and there's a lot more organization then what is going on here. read more

The shop itself is in the corner of the strip, but it's still a good spot to pick up your order or get it delivered! I parked at the 7/11 and walked over when I realized how much traffic there was on the road and the majority of the parking was taken, but walking distance between 7/11 and this Pizza Hut is literally less than a minute walk away. I'm guessing Pizza Hut gets a lot of orders when it's raining and storming, but that makes sense. I ordered around 8:11 and the estimated time was 140-155 minutes and I was so confused, but the delivery made it over less than the 140 min wait time. The delivery driver was very considerate and nice, he apologized for the wait, but mentioned that there was a lot of orders rolling in and he was doing his best, and it was very evident! I hope the remaining of their shift goes well! The people working there were very considerate and hard working, if it says 140 min wait just know there is a LOT of orders coming in and a little patience does a lot for busy nights. I ordered a cheese stuff crust pizza with onions, bell peppers and roma tomatoes and it was delicious! Definitely a favorite of mine for the stormy nights and I got the cinnamon sticks too! It's not too sweet and it was just the right amount of sweet and crunchy, but still soft! My parents got the Hawaiian Pizza with cheese stuffed crust and they love it! read more

I don't know if it's the location or the recipe but both times I've ordered the new beyond sausage pizza it has hardly ANY sauce or cheese on it. so gross. and I order a cheese pizza along with it it's sauced and cheese'd just fine. read more

I ordered a large pizza with unsweetened tea. My pizza was hot and exactly what I ordered. The driver forgot the unsweetened teas but he was quick to apologize and go back to get it. The driver was back quick with the tea. Everything was great. I called and spoke to the manager to thank them for the great service and food. read more

I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut especially when I was stationed in Washington, but this Pizza Hut really killed my mood. I ordered a meal with a 2 liter Dr.Pepper @ around 19:55. The meal came in on time and I checked to make sure the food was correct. I failed to notice that my Dr.Pepper was not there until maybe 10-15 min later. I called up @ 20:12 and the person I spoke with was really nice and said they'd send it right out. Hour later no word. I called back @ 21:11 and they said okay, sorry, I'll send it again. Again, I call at 21:57 and this person gives me a $5 in store credit and says the dr.pepper is on its way. Now, he does say that they came to my door twice now when I called, but me and my dogs didn't hear a knock on our doors. I told him to have them ring my door bell or even call me because they have my number. Still never received my Dr.Pepper. I called back this afternoon to see if I could finally receive it and instead they use the in store credit I was given to repurchase a dr.pepper I already purchased. Not pleased at all. Will never order from this Pizza Hut again. read more
