Would have given a five star but the place was understaffed. Sever did a great job , she kinda disappeared for moments. But I noticed she was preforming other none sever tasks. She was very nice and kept her composure. Took our order everything came out perfectly. She refilled our drinks in a timely manner. You know what I'm going to go ahead and give them a 5 star . As far as ambiance the dining area did seem a little dated . I did get a peek of the kitchen. It look absolutely clean. I would disregard any negative reviews. Well, where do I even begin with this Pizza Hut? It's really something, let me tell you. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this place had a unique vibe. We stopped by this Pizza Hut when traveling through. It had been a long time since we'd had a good pizza loaded with toppings. It seems most of them are sparsely topped anymore. We asked to load up the top and we paid for all the extra toppings separately. I'm really glad we did this as it might not have been so good otherwise. Since we just ordered take-out, we have no comments about the table service. However counter folks seemed friendly and efficient. Our pizza was very good with all the extra toppings and we didn't have a long wait. No complaints in this post. It was good! read more

We have been to this location many times over the years, the store is old an needs some tlc. Truth be told it's always slow and I'm quite certain has never had the same staff working for all the times we've visited, not sure why the turnover is so great but we go nonetheless for "Pizza Hut". We're die hard fans for the nostalgic That being said, today was just beyond. We arrived with our grandchildren (2 toddlers) already hungry lol we ordered a medium pizza, breadsticks & wings. The wings came out hot in a timely manner. The breadsticks for another 20 minutes or so but the kids were so hungry they devoured them without complaint. An hour and a half later they brought the wrong pizza to our table. No correction, no apology. Almost 20 minutes later the server came back out to the table and let us know they were still having a "problem with our pizza" - The issue of course was that they had not made it because for some reason it didn't get entered in correctly. Instead of making our pizza in an expedited fashion and apologizing or doing anything to make it right, the server disappeared for another almost 10 minutes then came back with our ticket in her hand and said do you still want us to make this pizza or do you want to just close out your ticket? Keep in mind we're sitting in a booth now for over an hour and a half with a two-year-old and a four-year-old and still no lunch. We did indeed close out our ticket, and had lunch at McDonald's down the road. Worst ever! read more

My friend and I came in very late & ordered. Even though the store was closed. The manager gave us our food. she was the sweetest to us even though it was our mistake. She gave us extra icing and was nothing but nice. I feel super bad but the guy at front (Reese) was just as apologetic as we were for the misunderstanding. over all the kindest workers ever. read more

Not your average pizza hut!!!. I walked in expecting a normal pizza hut buffet but was met with about half the pizza variety every other pizza hut buffet has and no salad bar either. You can either order a chef or house salad which was lettuce with ranch dressing and a sprinkle of cheese. I like onions on my salad which every other pizza hut buffet has on their salad bar but I was told by the server when I asked for some that I couldn't have any onions. She stated "that's all that comes on our salads" and walked away.. She never once came to my table to check on me again. She talked to the tables beside me asking if they wanted more drinks but not our table. Service was horrible and their buffet was weak. I have always had good pizza at other Pizza Huts except for this time. I ordered by phone because I wasn't sure if I was going to take out or eat in. I arrive 25 minutes after I called because they said it would take 20 minutes. I told the waitress that we decided to eat in. I told her that I ordered the pizza 25 minutes ago and she said she would bring it right out. I would avoid this place at all cost. I am giving it one star because it is the lowest to give. I walked in there were two people in front of me. I had a craving for pizza. Okay so I wait, and wait, and wait some more now 2 others come in and still no1 so I ask if they have been tended to they said no. I've been going to this location for years, since I was a teenager as a mater of fact. I used to love it however the quality has spiraled downward to the point I doubt I'll eat there again. The service is slow, the servers are downright rude at times and argumentative. The food quality can only be described as nasty most of the time. The last time I got delivery it took 2 and 1/2 hours and I live exactly 4 blocks from the location, the delivery person got lost. Pizza was not cooked all the way, cheese and pineapple still cold. breadsticks were nothing like any other breadstick I've ever seen at any other Pizza Hut. They had no garlic Parmesan topping whatsoever, and when I brought it to the managers attention rather than some type of an apology they were argumentative with me and told me that's the way the breadsticks always are. So I pulled up a picture on Google of what they're supposed to look like and they still argued with me that the photos must have been enhanced in someway. And then after suffering through cold pizza the bill was overcharged. Located in the corner of Walmart parking next to the redlight. Lots of parking lot space and a drive thru window. Our waitress was fast, clean and really nice. The food was really good and the Pepsi tasted better than Pepsi I had ever had. The dinning area was very clean and lots of room with a birthday party area set aside with a separation wall. Price was perfect at 10$ for a large pizza any toppings and during the week they have a lunch pizza buffet. we had previously ordered a pizza to be delivered. We got the pizza and after the driver left we realized it was not what we ordered. we called the pizza to let them know it was incorrect but we elected to go ahead and eat it and not have a new one delivered as we were hungry. The manager said he would like to give us a 10.00 credit for the next time we ordered and apologized for the error. We were very impressed with the sincerity of the manager. A couple of months later we decided to use our credit. This time we went inside to order it to go. It seemed like a mad house. We waited at least 10 minutes to order. We told the cashier we had a credit she verified we did. She said the wait would be 20 minutes. While we waited the cashier disappeared and a couple of others took orders. Also during we acknowledged a worker sign in on the register and then go to the bathroom to change into her work clothes of which took almost 5 minutes. It took almost 30 minutes to get out order of which was thin crust of which was not hand made. This crust was like cardboard with little holes all through it. It was like one of those that you buy at the local grocery store. It was horrible. I have never had such bad service, bad pizza from pizza hut. We are new to Wauchula due to my daughter getting a new teaching at Hardee High. I also was appalled to see a employee stealing from their employee by clocking in and then changing clothes after she clocked in. I hope this gets to the main store manager as we will no longer be coming to this pizza place due to the fact that there are only two in this town I guess here we come Hungry Howie. read more
