I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out…read more We went through the drive-thru first, and the person with me ordered. The employee who took her order came across as unpleasant and somewhat rude from the beginning. Instead of a standard greeting like "What can I get you?", she said "Go on with your order," which set the tone right away. I then went inside to place my own order, and Jess helped me. Jess was very kind and pleasant, and I want to make a point to recognize that. While waiting for my food inside, I could hear the first employee yelling at customers through her headset and also being unpleasant toward her coworkers, which made the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, I've been to this Wendy's a few times, and although it's usually not very busy when I go, getting my food to-go from inside tends to take a slightly longer time than expected. The drive-thru, on the other hand, is generally faster.

Located in a strip mall and tucked in behind another restaurant it can be easily overlooked. Small restaurant offering big flavors at a great price. Enter the restaurant, head to the counter and was greeted immediately. The young lady took our order offered suggestions as well as patience while we ordered. Our food was served within 10 minutes after we ordered. I ordered 2 sliders, 2 tenders, sweet potato fries, and a drink for $15. Now here's the best part, it is GOOD! Everything was served hot. The fries and tenders were crispy! The sliders were the size of a small burger from any fast food chains. Now here's the kicker for all my ice munching lovers, they have that good ice! Definitely recommend and will return!

They stay busy so the food is always hot and fresh, the price is right, especially given what big chain fast food wants for a way worse product these days. It's a fairly big place, so you can almost always get a seat indoors... even if they are busy, the line moves quick. Only things I would change, I feel like they could simplify the menu and make things even more affordable. I have literally never seen anyone order half the things on there, most people stick to the burgers, dogs, chicken, and ice cream. Other thing I don't love, christian rock music on repeat in there, not that you can USUALLY hear it with the ambient noise. It's their values, and ultimately, would not stop me from coming, just would be nice to change up the tunes. But, again, perfect hot dogs. Great tasting frank, buttered and grilled bun, cole slaw that isn't mayo heavy, chili that is meat only and not overly spiced to dominate. Wonderful.
