Great service and a super clean restaurant! We put in a pick up order for subs to eat on the road and they were ready ahead the scheduled time. The veggies were crisp and cold and our subs were made to perfection. Would definitely stop again! Bathrooms were also very clean! read more

This place is unacceptable. I made a mobile order and got the wrong sandwich, was missing my Gatorade that I paid for, and my sandwich was as missing double cheese like it's supposed to come with that I *specified* in the special instructions. And to top it off I can't get anybody on the phone to make it right. I used to work at a subway and the way the mobile orders are setup is idiot proof, but apparently these people have an IQ of room temperature. Food was ok, girl taking order couldn't hear me/understand me as the speaker is bad, I think, English isn't her first language so I repeated the order as she asked me to, 3 times. Me and my boyfriend go here offen very friendly managers and they always make are sandwiches perfectly. Try the sweet onion sauce! Very clean and they take good safety measures such as wear gloves and masks. read more

The most rudest employees I have ever encountered and I had three subs I ordered, every single order was made wrong. after waiting in the drive thru lane for 26 minutes (yes, 26) the employee said they closed an hour early because she had school the next morning (it was 8:15pm) I asked her name, she said her name was ,"Ben-Dover," and hung up the phone on me when I asked to speak with the manager. A teenager that was highly disrespectful and rude and unprofessional. Subs were not only wrong,they fell apart as we opened them, bread was hard as a rock. Absolutely disgusted by the quality of food, the customer service and effort in this business. I worked for Subway for 2 years (not this one), & the service I have received here is VILE. This review is long overdue however, here it is. They have not ONCE gotten my order correct, a very simple tuna sub and I ask for the tuna to be heated but, NOT THE BREAD. They never seem to understand or comprehend my order and it always comes out with both the bread & tuna cold or both hot. They have EXTREMELY hard cookies, they are not fresh and they probably are stale and hard because they can't manage to sell any due to their terrible quality and customer service therefore I'm sure some of the cookies are sat out for days. It's also obvious to me (being a very experienced subway former employee) that they do not proof the bread to the correct size of the bread moldings because they could barely fit everything in my sub every time I've bought from them. Every time I get a sub from them it is all falling out of the bread and makes a mess everywhere. On top of all of this, I have personally seen the owner wearing shirts that are NOT in the criteria to be making food, shirts made out of material that attracts lint and could fall into the food he is making, he as well didn't have a mask on the only time I've seen him. But, to top everything off, I was fed up with them messing up my order and have terrible customer service that I called the store and asked to speak with the owner and I explained to him in a patient manner that I wasn't happy with the service his store has given me. He said "What do you want me to do about it? We can remake your sub but, we won't give you a refund". After I proceeded to speak with him about the situation and he continued to tell me that he can't provide me with a refund nor help me in anyway. If they didn't make my order right the first 400 times including the times I asked them to remake it, what makes you think that I want you to remake my sub ? LOVE the drive thru and the fact you can pick up your lunch in the morning on the way to work. I also like that you can get any sub as a salad- they even have spinach as an option-yay! My only irk was that I had a coupon for free double meat on a sub but they wouldn't let me use it on my sub as salad, even though the salad is $1 more. Whatever, I'm nitpicking here. September 27th 2022 at approximately 7:00pm, I place my order through the subway App. The app let me know that my sub will be ready at 7:20 p.m. at approximately 7:14 I arrived at the restaurant. At approximately 7:15 I was asked if I had a curbside order I replied yes. I was then told the car in front of me in the driveway had a big order and would take a while. I then replied that I was handicapped and did not bring my Walker. After about 5 minutes of silence someone replied that the microphone wasn't working and I had to come inside. After being lied to about the microphone I asked to speak with the manager and was refused this request. After sitting in line 15 minutes longer I drove off after being denied my purchase. I would like a full refund and an apology from the staff that work this nights for refusing to bring me my curbside purchase and lying to me about being able to hear me through the speaker. read more

I ordered a deluxe foot long. When i got home it was not deluxe, yet I had been charged. Called store and spoke to manager Rahman, who proceeded to yell at me telling me he knew what he was doing. Accused me of being a customer he recently had a problem with. When I informed him I hadn't been to his store in months he accused me of being a liar.
