I thought I would give them one last chance as I was making my way home so I stopped in to grab a beef quesadilla and an ACP. What I got was the most low effort dishes that left me utterly disappointed. The ACP had no cheese. Didn't come with a side of cheese either to put it on. So it was just dry chicken with unseasoned rice. Definitely not what I ordered. The beef quesadilla was more of a bigger taco then an actual quesadilla. Also not what I ordered and wasn't as flavorful as I imagined. It was lacking a lot of seasoning and wasn't that tasty. I would say give this place a pass if you are wanting Mexican food. There are tons better places and the convenience of drive thru isn't worth the quality of food they provide.

They have no dining room but the new owners put out some sturdy large picnic tables so on a nice day like today you can eat outside. Otherwise plan to eat in your car or take it home. I will still come here but definitely a lot less frequently.

The tacos, 2 Chorizo & 2 Campechano (4 for $8.99)were more than a little disappointing - both meats were over cooked and dry; the Campechano was a strange mixture and lacked the traditional Chicharrones and the beef, whatever cut it was, was anything but tender and flavorful. The Milanese de Pollo ($11.99) was rather nice ( though there is little in the cutlet that shouts Mexican) but if what I received was 1/2 chicken, it was indeed a very small bird. And the side of beans was all liquid, not a single bean to be found. Would not return here, especially with Tacos Casa Miguel just a bit up the road! Ambiance - 2 Food -2 Service - 4 Value - 2

The menu is not especially broad, about what you'd expect with this type of spot! I ordered the Pozole Rojo and 2 Chorizo Tacos. My order was quickly done, no more than 10 minutes. The tacos were not topped when I got them, the meat was in warm tortillas and the chopped onion, lime, and cilantro were in a separate area. I applied the toppings, added lime juice and some of several salsas completed the item. These are good tacos and there is plenty of chorizo in them. I would order tacos here again if in the area, but it is not a destination spot. The Pozole Rojo was not really good. It was greasy, under seasoned, and had a bitter after taste. The issue is the food just was mediocre on flavor and content. My combo of a beef taco in a hard shell was cracked all the way on the back, but I was able to eat it, just no flavor. The chicken quesadilla was flavored only with salt. No hot sauce on the table.
