The guy waiting on us is very friendly and answered all of our questions in regards to food and drinks. Decent amount of beer on tap, and I love that they had the outdoor patio area outback. We went with the cheese dip and salsa appetizer, but in my opinion, it is a very small portion of cheese dip for the price. He did hook us up with a couple extra sides of salsa (condiment size), but I was not impressed with the price versus portion. Unfortunately, my Philly cheesesteak was a little overcooked which made the meat dry, but I tried my son's wrap and my husband sandwich too. They both tasted phenomenal. Next time I'm gonna have to make sure and try the wings because I kept hearing how awesome they were.

I came in for the first time last night, and unfortunately didn't have the best experience. This…read morewas primarily due to poor service. Our server Jeff did seem busy, and was pleasant, but never around. He greeted us and took our order quickly. Then someone else dropped off our entrees (app was supposed to come out first which he clarified with us when we ordered). My order was buffalo wings with a side of buffalo sauce, and the wings came naked with a side. I would have asked for these to be taken back and tossed, but was hungry and ate half of them before we could flag down our server--my husband had finished his entire meal of wings by this time. When we were able to flag him down, I asked for more sauce, and our app. He apologized for this, and brought out the (hot) app very soon after. The wings were ok, and would have been much better if sauced. My husband likes his boneless wings just fine. The cheese curds we got were pretty good--more of a breading than crispy fried texture, but the flavor was great. I would come back and give this place another chance, but in the future will just walk back to a kiosk to find an employee if we have any issues, since we had to wait so long to flag down our server (on our own) for assistance.

The wings were excellent quality, well cooked and there were plenty of choices for flavors. We got the bone-in and we're very happy. My husband tried the Extreme Hot- he thought they had a very nice tasty hot flavor, both hot and delicious. I got half Pomegranate and half Asian flavored wings. The Asian flavor was a mild teriyaki flavor. The Pomegranate, which were more flavor forward than the Asian had a bit of sweetness, but not too much. The wings are made after you order and are delicious and worth the wait- but it will take at least 20 minutes for them to get to you. I don't go to the mall too often but the wings were so excellent it will be a destination location separate from the mall.
