Writing a review because the two tools that rated them should be pulled. One was whining about an order and the other straight up lied about some bs story that isn't even possible to be true. i have ordered at least 200 pizza's from Godfathers in the past 4 years and have never gotten anything but an exceptional pizza. I've been coming here for 20 years. It is, hands down, the best pizza in Fremont. It's the only place with fresh dough, fresh cheese and generous toppings and you can tell. The restaurant has been remodeled recently because it might have the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen in a non-high dollar restaurant. Godfathers is its own style of pizza and its a little thicker than New York Style. You have to order thin crust if you don't like that. A tip, the Taco Pizza is simply delicious and I crave it ALL the time. The staff is mostly HS kids, but they seem like they are generally skilled and the management have been nothing but wonderful to my family when we've come in. They always say 45 for delivery, but I don't think I've waited more than 30 except for when I'd expect it. (Snow, SB, etc.) read more

Do better. Employees have no common sense - and no proper training - when it comes to customer service. They were horribly rude on the phone, and when we showed up in person the "manager" was just as bad. I will be calling the corporate office. You've lost a very good customer. read more

Came to Fremont for other business and decided to grab a late lunch and a beer. We all had draft beers, they had a great selection and it was ice cold. Brisket sandwiches were best I've ever had. read more

For 1 the people you had working on Saturday September 7 were loud rude and could not get our order right ! Then finally when they got the order right I asked them to put 1 of my orders to go and to put in oven @ 6 so when we finished the dine in dinner we could take the hot meal back to my grandsons which go to midland collage. But instead they brought it out with my meal oh and I had to ask for our bread and sticks as I thought they had forgot them so had to put back in oven and gave to us burnt.your little manager needs more training in customer service when they brought the to go order out and I asked them to keep it warm for me he got all nasty and it really pissed my daughter off and she took it back! With both of us work in hospitality her since she was 18 and me owner of a company in our eyes he should be fired and bring someone in that has some control over the other employees and be kind to them and especially the customers especially in todays times!!! Now mind you her so sons both go to college and play fb and other sports we will be in Fremont a lot and it saddens me that I had such a bad experience with you ! We never get to eat godfathers us being from small towns and have to drive a couple hours each way! Not sure if we will give you another chance at this location! They used to have a wonderful buffet in the evening and they went and took it down. When they did that we quit going and haven't ate there since. Plus the pizza isn't as good as it used to be. read more

When in Fremont, this is my go to pizza joint. They have a nice buffet, but I'm partial to their Taco pizza. I usually alternate between substituting the beef for green olives or the sausage. Every Tuesday is Taco Tuesday when this pizza is discounted. Loaded with fresh ingredients. Remember to grab packets of taco sauce to give it a little kick. read more

I lived in Fremont most of my life. Godfather's pizza is the best. I have never had a bad pizza there. My husband and I would go there for the buffet and loved it so much to choose from. Now since the pandemic hit it carry out only. Given a chose of what pizza place to go too. It would be Godfather's. Wish this pandemic would end so we could go and dine in. If I could choose zero as a rating I would. We decided to dine in. Paid $65 for pizza that took an hour to get and had hair in it. Horrible customer service, after 45 minutes I went to the counter to check on our two pizzas and was told 'I have no idea' by the employee. Btw, dine in now means you order at the counter and do everything else for yourself. Won't be going back. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. I come from California where pizza is good so maybe I'm biased, but this place sucks. Their crust tastes like buttered cardboard and they put their toppings under the cheese. That's not how you do it guys! Also, their pizza is just plain not good. Definitely over priced for what it is. I love Godfather's Pizza. I feel it's the best in town with Gambino's being a very close second. But if you like Pizza Hut or Domino's Pizza, you probably won't like Godfathers. My kids and wife are Pizza Hut freaks, (I can't stand Pizza Hut's greasy, oily pizza), and they don't care for Godfather's. As for price, I think their price is fair for what you get. Staff has always been friendly and their deliveries are always spot on if not early. I highly recommend if you like deep dish pizza. read more

I had been here a couple years ago and it was great ... but ordered from here a couple weeks ago and they got our order completely wrong plus there were parts that didnt even have toppings. I've been to many godfathers pizzas and never saw that until I went to this location. When I called back the lady wanted argue about how the mistake was made, I told her I just want my food can you just fix it and sent my husband in with an email copy of our order. She was still rude and never even apologized for thier mistake after we showed them how they were wrong. And the second pizza was even worse than the first. We will never go back there or recommend it again. read more

Always delivered hot. Buffet has a nice variety and is kept fresh. Lots of workers to keep up with the peaks.

They used to be fantastic, now they are very hit and miss. I've heard that they will take pizza off the buffet and deliver it rather than prepare a fresh one for delivery. I tried them recently after a few years of staying away and it was a good meal, I may try them again. read more

I've never wrote a review until today. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of godfathers pizza. The people are really great and the quality of the pizza is top notch. I would never even consider ordering pizza from any other place in town simply because they have treated me so good. I never would give out five stars because I feel there's always room for improvement however this place has proved worthy of 5 stars. Thank you all so much for your stand up service! read more
