I picked up a couple of pizzas last night for the first time in forever because I was visiting family in the hospital that afternoon and the thought of cooking wasn't appealing. The first thing I noticed when I drove up was the message board. It announced "Under new management, give us a try". Well that explains a lot of things right there. We have been ordering from this location since they came to town and they have always treated us well but had noticed in the last couple of years that the service was lacking and so were the toppings in the pizzas. We definitely felt we weren't getting what we were paying for. When I walked in I was greeted warmly, which was new, and immediately helped finding my online order. When I physically picked up the pizzas I thought "Holy cow, these are heavy" and they were thin crusts. The amount of topping was easily triple from past pizzas if the same type. I also noticed that inside of the store seemed fresher and brighter. After getting home and cooking the pizza we were pleasantly surprised at how much better it was than in the past!
