I used to rave over their pizza and the toppings are still pretty good, but the crust somehow is softer and blander, and it gets soggy after sitting out for more than 20 minutes. Not sure what's going on there. I also used to love how fresh their burgers were, and how they came out so juicy and perfectly cooked with a little bit of pink in it as I requested. I don't know if they switched to frozen burgers or are just doing it differently now, but they don't feel as handmade. They come out a bit on the dry side now. Unfortunately, I've also noticed that service isn't as friendly as it used to be. It used to be a lot more of a neighborhood vibe. Now the servers seem agitated and treat you like an inconvenience at times.

Being that it was Thursday and every Thursday is burger night, we both ordered the house special the " I dip, you dip, we French dip". It's an all beef burger topped with roast beef , grilled onions and Swiss cheese. Served with a your choice of sides and a bowl of as Au Jus . I'm going to go out on a limb here and honestly say that I cannot remember a time that I had a better burger than this. It wasn't all the French dip toppings that made it so memorable, it was the beef patty that was cooked and seasoned to perfection. At the time to pay the bill - the comp was $2.00 off. Seemed very unreasonable and should've been corrected properly. The food service was prompt and our food came out very quickly. The wait service seemed very busy for the restaurant being at a dead time of the day and only a few other customers eating in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and tables were set on arrival. I would like to go back during the dinner hour to see how it compares. Overall- good food and clean restaurant. Only hiccup is not taking accountability properly for an easy food mistake and knowingly serving guests menus with time restrictions. We got a well done, rare, and blue. What the hell is happening in that kitchen?? My theory is they only had one steak ready for cooking, so they took two out of the fridge and cooked them all together for close to the same time. Why not temp the food?? It was cut before plating, so they saw how under/over cooked it was. Why still send it out to our table?? I'm so confused. The steak was so weirdly seared, parts of it looked boiled. On top of the steak being poorly cooked, the fries were dry and mediocre at best. The menu is very limited and not very appealing. And yes, I probably could've just asked them to recook it, but that food never should have been allowed to leave the kitchen in the first place.
