If there was a negative star option to review, I would have given it negative 5 stars!! This is supposed to be a "family friendly" place, and there were not any diaper changing abilities, except the floor. Then, went to order and they can not make any special accommodations. If I was to order online, eat the food at the convenience of my own home, I could order it any way that I preferred. I consider myself a patient and understanding customer, but twice now this location's customer service has disappointed me. During a dine in experience our drinks and appetizer were forgotten, our pasta and one of our two pizza's ordered never showed up. (It also took 60 minutes to receive the first.) The entire time we sat at our table the waitresses and cooks could be seen gossiping and goofing off from our table. The second time I ordered delivery and it took two hours for our pizza to show up. During this time I called customer service four times and was transferred to a store manager who put me on hold for 12 minutes the first time and hung up on me the second time. The call center was pleasant and as helpful as they could be, but this locations management needs some serious help. Don't waste your time with this location. read more
