We poured it out and rinsed the cups out to get tea. They said we could not do that. So we ended up having to go down the road to get something to drink. The employees need to be restrained on how to treat customers or else get other/ better employees.

The girl politely told her she'd get her manager and then her manager tried to reason with the customer but it did no good, she was very mad. I feel very sorry for those kids who had to deal with such a rude customer. I think they handled the whole situation very well and they are very kind and hard workers! That girl was very sweet to me!
