Anyway, There was an RC management women in a sweatshirt running the orders on drive through. I clearly, very clearly told her "nah I don't round up" and she said my order was $3.00 for an ice coffee, however your big screen said $2.59 I pulled up to the window, she stated clearly "$3.00" and I asked "I thought it was 2.59" and she said "you told me to round up. Which I never did, in fact said no. She took my card, mumbled "what the fuck" and ran my card anyway, didn't give me my receipt until I demanded it from her. Do you incentivize people to steal? Because effectively you did! Can I call the police about McDonald's stealing .41 from me? No. The woman didn't say "I'll refund you, I apologize". Nope, she argued with me about it til I got my receipt and left. I'm going to leave a terrible 1 star review for this. I'd get fired for over charging a customer, especially after being explicit about not wanting to round up. I know you likely do not give a single crap about .41 but man, did that irritate me. I am going to be sure that every man woman and child I speak to does not go to this location. I'm also going to ensure that if no action happens I want to know who I need to speak with about it. If I get no response I will daily be making bad reviews about this location. It costs me nothing to ensure fellow Mainers do not go robbed from someone getting mad that we do not want to give to your charity. It's not required, and all of this is over not even half a dollar. The fact that I even have to send an email about this is ludicrous. Train your "managers" better. The girl ARGUED over .41 for what? Your manager got my card, didn't acknowledge my question and just ran it anyway, if I ran it on my credit card I would have just disputed the transaction. But I can't.
