ever since they put that second window in all they do is send you to it and then completely forget about you and your order. i had to leave my car and go inside to get my order and it hadn't even been made yet nor was it even on the machine and i had sat there for five minutes with every customer being me being served when they claimed all they were waiting on was my fries and that was why the sent me to the second window. read more

I stopped in SKowhegan and not being from the area, I decided to go thru the drive-thru. I unwrapped my burger and there was hair sticking out. So I went into the store and explained why I was returning my burger and customer service was decent and called to her super who acted put out, and grabbed another burger and 'squished' it as she dropped in on the counter. Her name tag said Ashley and has auburn hair. The employee looked embarassed and I left the squished burger on the counter. If you are having a bad day, the customer does not need to be blamed. If this Ashley acts like this at work, I can imagine how bullied her employees are! read more

$2,50 for a cheeseburger? OMG. TWO CHEESEBURGERS ARE $5 Bucks. You can get a real good burger for $5. McDonalds has lost its way. Expensive, unhealthy food. read more

It's McDonalds...one can not say their food is amazing but at least I can say it is tasty and consistent. Today was the Big Mac, it was consistently tasty...and messy. Just as they have always been. This particular location was clean and staff was quick and friendly. 4pm on a Monday read more

RUDE. Lady at the window had an extremely unnecessary attitude. Very rude tone of voice for making a nasty sandwich. Just saying. read more

A Five Star Mickey D's. It's a McD's. It is always very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. My only complaint isn't about food or staff but the floor tiles. They're slippery when wet. I slipped around and have seen staff wipe out. This is disappointing as the place was just renovated. read more

The friendliest McDonalds I've been too! Fast and efficient. They forgot my cookies one time but when I went back they gave me 2 extra cookies and apologized repeatedly and they never question my strange orders like getting a burger with no bun read more

My family and I stopped at the Skowhegan McDonalds on our way to Canada, the last one on our way from Maine to Quebec. I got the big breakfast and I liked it. The Bathrooms were clean. The playground was snowed over and all the men who had woken up early to plow the roads were there. We ate our food and got back in the car and drove to Levis-Québec City, Canada. read more

Terrible. Would give no stars if possible. Food is cold half the time. Food is NOT correct-to-order 9 out of 10 times. Wrong OR (rarely) right, it's ALWAYS thrown together sloppily; burgers falling apart, cheese hanging off or clumped on half the sandwich, sauce & lettuce (or whatever) all over outside of burgers (& in bag), pickles all in one lump, fries upside down in bag, wrappers coming off, etc., etc., etc.. Every. Single. Time. Fries are cold & either VERY under- or over-salted. They only fill the fry containers half way. People at counter are unhelpful & rude when you try to correct your order (we need to do this almost every time & are always very polite about it). Drive-through tends to be much friendlier, I'll give them that & that ONLY. Waste of money. Waste of time having to park & go in to correct order after going through drive-through. I've literally never left a bad review for a restaurant in my life.. I don't like to complain, but my family loves McDonalds for a treat, this is the only one within an hour of us, & it disappoints & angers us literally every visit. Now we go out of our way to go to any fast food place but this one whenever possible, & so should you. read more

There is only one person at the drive-thru who can actually get my coffee order correct. I either get over charged or have the wrong coffee made. This happens every single time I go there, unless said person above is working. You need to physically check all orders, drink all drinks before leaving, because chances are something is wrong. read more
