Placing a mobile order is somewhat meaningless at this location. You can schedule it for any anytime you'd like, but you're very likely to be stuck, waiting as other people's orders are prepared in the drive-through line when the dining room room is locked and closed. Forget about timing pick up because you're gonna have to sit for 25 minutes waiting.. KFC has fallen so far from its original glory. It's absolutely heartbreaking and this location is sadly a perfect example of that. The food value has flown out the window. The service is very limited. Disgusting.. I came here to treat myself to some lunch I service rude. Bathroom was disgusting toilet paper on the ground piss all over just disgusting. I ordered the salad bar and I go over and I see that the lettuce was brown and tomato's still had the ends on them so I asked for refund. Anyways I ordered the chicken Alfredo rock hard chicken was cooked all the way so I got mad and said I wonder what the breadsticks taste like horrible but all this I had to clean my own utensils because they weren't clean all the way do not recommend if you want to eat here if you do want to eat here make sure you have a trash bag near by read more

I have waited more then an hour. This is a horrendous experience and I am disgusted to know that restaurants have this bad of service. Not only have we been waiting this long for our food but we haven't even gotten our drinks and we also had to wait about 15 minutes to just get seated. Me and my hockey team are very sad about how we are being treated and we have a game after this so we will lose because we don't have the energy from the food... After an hour of waiting we finally got plates. This is terrible and I don't recommend this place to anybody. read more

Very good pizza that you can customize make a personal pan or they have a large and medium they also have chicken wings pasta dishes salad bar in kids menu they have really good dessert brownies cookies in there famous Cinnabon cinnamon rolls which are amazing they melt in your mouth read more

One server for the entire restaurant while several other employees were milling about, some eating. No one picking up the constantly ringing phone. One in our party of four did not receive her entree and, after multiple asks, it was finally brought out after the rest of us had finished our meal. We went for the buffet but was told it was closed. We were there about five minutes before they closed the buffet but no one came to check on us...so when I got up to look at the buffet I was told immediately by a server that it was closed. Didn't want to make an issue of it so we just ordered pizza. There were flies buzzing all around our table. Our server didn't check on us once other than to leave the bill. Not impressed. This Pizza Hut is spot on with food quality and seems up to par with other Pizza Huts I've tried. My only problems with them is the service and the space. For service, they seem a bit distracted both at counter and in the dining room. I just didn't feel like they are working hard enough to be quick and attentive. It just feels like the people working here are just going through the motions. I get it, it's a pizza joint, but if you want to compete with the 3 other places in town you really need to step up. As for space, I was not real thrilled with the cleanliness or layout of the dining area. Also, I know they cook pizzas all day in an open air kitchen but the entire dining area smelled like it was lunch time at the day care and everyone was having Spaghettios. It just wasn't at all inviting. Having TVs in the room and music is nice but it feels more like I'm dining at McDonalds than at a pizza place. The table we were seated at was also very wobbly and made it really annoying when it came to eating. I feel like, being Pizza Hut and I'm paying more, I should have a bit of a better sit down experience. read more

Great place to eat the service is great and the manager is so friendly. Love the buffet it hot and fresh your in and out. The waitresses always have a smile and take care of you like your family. You don't find that in the food industry anymore so I very mush recommend your local Pizza Hut it's great. read more

pizza huts website makes no sense. delivery is not an option. they put too much sauce or way too little. their crust is burnt and hard. their buffet is dingy. I do not recommend coming here. please stay safe, and avoid Pizza Hut at all costs. read more
