Terrible customer service and unreachable management. ​I am extremely frustrated with the service at this Rosamond location. I placed an order using $40 worth of my hard-earned rewards certificates and needed to immediately cancel it. I have been calling non-stop for the past 30 minutes, and the line is completely busy. ​This isn't a one-time issue--it is a recurring pattern. Every single time it gets to be about an hour before closing, their phones suddenly go off the hook or just ring busy continuously so they don't have to deal with customers. ​Because no one is answering, my rewards are now tied up and trapped in a pending order that I cannot cancel. I hope corporate reads this and takes a hard look at how this store is being run. This location desperately needs a manager who actually enforces basic accountability, or corporate needs to step in and find new management entirely. Ordered there new promo deal and when I went to pick up they skimped me a whole entire pizza only got 1 out of 2 and the pizza I got didn't even have all the toppings I asked for. Then when I go back to get my other pizza that I paid for, they have the audacity to tell me to make sure everything is there next time. Today, 09/24/24, was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut. I called to place an order for carryout. The girl that attended the phone was very nice and said my order (the deal of 1 large topping pizza for $9.99) would be ready in 15 min. I arrived 20 min later and my pizza was ready for me! The young man that attended me at the register was very nice and efficient. I don't understand the negative reviews--and I read ALL of them before I ordered--I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt--and my pizza was hot and ready and delicious! Ordered pizza this afternoon to go pick up for dinner. We opted to try out the contactless pick-up to see how it worked out. We chose 4:30 pick-up time, and I pulled in at exactly 4:30. Let them know on the app that I was there, and waited. I waited for at least 15 minutes before getting a bit irritated, it was hott in the car. So I went inside to just go grab it, and it wasn't even ready yet. I noticed that there wasn't even an adult around, they all looked like a bunch of teenagers and we're laughing and goofing around like it too. I waited inside for at least another 5 minutes and than got my food. I got home and started to serve my family and when we checked the wings there was little to no sauce on them. My husband was very upset and called the restaurant and the gentleman on the other line got an attitude with him. My husband said we will not be going back there. Very upsetting. read more

This place has such crap service. My wife waited for 15 minutes past the time our food was supposed to be ready, went inside and the food was never made. Then when we opened the food, the wings were just plain chicken with no sauce. The sauce was only a little bit which was poured only on 1 side. Been going to this Pizza Hut since it opened. Always had good experiences and above average food. Then came "on-line-ordering". May be good for most customers and probably for the business but the big question is... "what happens when a customer doesn't come in to pick up their pizza order"? Pizza Hut's answer is..."save THAT pizza until a delivery-order is made and place THAT pizza (with whatever toppings needed) in the delivery-order"....simple! Can't really prove this is what happened to my delivered pizza but never (ever) had a dried and cold cheese stuffed crust pizza with cold sausage rolling around on the top of cold dried cheese (delivered within 35 minutes) so you be the judge! If my wife and I weren't so involved in a home project (making curtains, if you must know) I would have gone to that Pizza Hut and graphically expressed myself along with some very persuasive visual aids. As it was I was only able to (immediately) call that place and advise a young lady who seemed less than interested when I told her that I was not making an order but calling to complain about what was delivered to me moments earlier. (IF) there is a next time I plan on having the delivery person stand by as I thoroughly examine my order!! I strongly suggest that everyone do the same. Another thing that I just noticed with this experience, or maybe I just hadn't paid attention to the previous bills....Pizza Hut is now charging $5.00 for delivery!! Disgusting!!! Ordered a pizza and what we received was DISGUSTING! We received a soggy undercooked mess!!! And to top it off the pineapple on my pizza was cold. It was obvious that it was thrown on there after the pizza had came out of the oven! I ordered at 9pm for delivery. They closed at 10pm. They apparently rushed through my order to get out of work and had NO SHAME. I called and was automatically sent to the automated machine and was on hold 10 minutes!!!! Hung up called three more times then finally had a live person answer. Asked to speak to their manager and was not there. I then spoke to the "lead" she said I was the second person to complain about that and doesn't know what went wrong. There is no way that they did not notice this going from pan to box. She only wanted to replace my pizza and not my wings because their fryers had to be cleaned since it was close to closing. So she expected me to eat cold wings with my remade pizza. I placed an order on 6/17/15. Total was $13.98. I gave the delivery guy a $3.00 tip, which totaled $16.98. Easy math. Within an hour AFTER delivery, Pizza Hut called me but I did not answer. I assumed they were calling to see if I received my pizza. Today, 6/24/15 I checked by bank account like I always do. On my credit card I see a Pizza Hut order for $23.98. The delivery guy gave himself a $10.00 tip. I immediately called my bank to dispute the fraudulent charge. I called Pizza Hut and the owner was due to call me, but did not. I used to use this location all the time. My family is big on pizza,...After 3 attempts, 2 different visits to get the right pizza and wings. Their response was... will give you two dollars credit?!! customer service is horrible. I stood at the counter and waited while I watch the employees (Collin) chitchat and play around, he never once ask can I help you, No manager on site that evening, just some youngsters who don't appreciate having a job. Just went to pick up a carryout order. I didn't notice until after I paid that they made the wrong pizza. I asked them to make the correct pizza and to give me the wrong one for free. The manager said no to the free pizza and would not give me a refund. I had to wait for a new pizza to be made. The manager needs a lesson in customer service. Yeah, okay...I'd gladly order online...IF the stupid site worked properly!! Today I was trying to order their "Big Monday" deal, which the site clearly states is two medium pizzas with up to three toppings for $6.00 per pizza. I built the pizzas and went to check out and noticed my subtotal, before tax, was $17.00!! I'm no math whiz, but I'm fairly certain that $6.00 times two pizzas is NOT $17.00! I went back and tried again...same result. I tried a third time, this time making both pizzas cheese only and voila! The subtotal was $12.00! I called the store (the one for whom I am leaving this review) and asked for their assistance. All I got was "Sorry, but if it's online, we can't do anything about it. I had family over from out of town, so I ordered a good amount of food. Not only did I not get my pizza, but was not given a courtesy call if they happened to be lost.
