Ordered a pizza tonight @ 5:42 pm. I live 4.2 miles from the store. The estimated delivery time was 6:15pm. I called @ 6:30. The gal said that my pizza had just left, they got slammed. Ok, I can see how that can happen. My pizza arrived at 6:46 pm-ice cold. She lied when I called. They've lost a customer. I'm not paying $21 for ice card pizza & to get lied to. read more

My family and I had the worst experience with this Pizza Hut. I hate using the black and white card because it's important to keep an open mind about situations but unfortunately I have to call a spade a spade. We placed our delivery order at 7:30PM it arrived wrong and the cinnamon sticks cold and burnt. The teenage manager agreed to remake it and resend it within 20 minutes or so. 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes into an hour and 10 minutes food arrived in soggy box and cold. My daughter and I go to the store and find all doors locked and only light on in the back teenage girl telling us she was the only one in the store. The delivery driver pulls up trying to get in the store banging on front door, drive thru window and back door to get in. My daughter and I sat in our truck and called the police to come and resolve the matter. The police arrive and two other adult managers they agree to remake food and give us a refund. After 7 days when no refund we called only to be disrespected and called the people who terrified the teenage employee because we don't know how to act. When we never got out the car until police showed up. General manager Matt Haaus said you people can no longer come here and blamed everything on the employees being teenagers and he is disturbed that we called the police. This is clearly racism because they are painting a picture that we black people acted a fool and again never got out the car until police came and had it been a situation of that magnitude wouldn't the police had of taken us to jail had us leave the property something. Matt Haaus the GM hung up in my face and refused to refund us. This was degrading, unacceptable, and unfair how they treated us and are allowed to talk to us when they had one job deliver hot food with integrity. If I could add a negative five star review I would. Needless to say why is a young teenage girl working in a store at night alone as a mother that alone is unacceptable. They need to be held accountable. read more

Late night work session and realized it was getting too late to grab something to eat. I looked up Pizza Hut's number and gave them a ring. Angela was super nice and was able to help me out and let me order very close to close. Pizza was tasty. It had been a long time since I had eaten Pizza Hut pizza. Ordered the special stuffed crust with the new salted pretzel crust flavoring or whatever it is called. It was good for some late night grub. Everyone was glad to grab a slice and get back to work. Based on other yelp reviews of this location I was prepared to be disappointed. Thanks Angela, they should give you a raise. read more

When we arrived at the PizzaHut location in Raymore, MO my wife went in to pay and retrieve the pizzas we ordered. The first problem was that one of the three pizzas we ordered was accidentally given to a delivery driver. So we wanted all fresh pizza so we were willing to wait for all three pizzas to be made again. Then an associate offered my wife the two pizzas that were already made for free while we waited for our order to be cooked fresh. The second problem came when my wife entered the store to pick up our full fresh order and they had only made one pizza. The original clerk that gave us the two pizzas was busy and the rudest young lady preceded to treat my wife like an idiot, she said they would have just given us pizzas and made my wife give back the two free pizzas we had already been given. Now the managers are belligerent and the young female clerk all treated my wife like she was stupid and worthless. My wife then proceeded to get a refund to just walk away. Unacceptable! These people don't care about treating people right. The managers don't care so why would their regular employees care? I am going to do everything I can to get this message out. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered online was told one total and when I arrived at the drive thru was overcharged. I explained to the girl that the total was wrong and she disregarded my complaint. When I arrived home I realized I should have checked the order because they also forgot the wings and gave me a different pizza. I was assured by the window girl that everything was there. Had to waste my time and return to the drive thru to voice my complaint. After about 5 minutes of sitting at the window someone answered and got a manager who compensated me the 4 dollar difference and made the wings that we ordered. The wings were absolutely disgusting and I woke up that night throwing up. I physically got sick after eating at this pizza hut. I would never go back to this location. She then had to drive the food back to their location but keep in mind we paid for delivery and waited over an hour and and half to find out they were coming back. read more
