We arrived here on our road trip from CA on the 4th of July. After we checked in to our hotel we walked to Pizza Hut because it was the only place open. We were greeted by. Cheyenne who happened to be very sweet and had great eye shadow for the 4th. She was the only one working the floor and the front and seriously busting her ass. There was only 1 other group when we got there and then the whole place filled up in addition to pick up orders. She was managing, serving, taking phone orders, filling orders, and even working the back! She was always very pleasant when we spoke to her and kept apologizing. I really wanted to help her but felt I would make things worse. I really want her to be acknowledged for how hard she was working. It's clear she cares about her job and her customers and should not have been the only one on the floor. Good job Cheyenne the food was great and I hope you got a lot of tips!! read more

If I could leave NO stars I would. Delivery ok. Pizza sucked. We traveled all day. I get it's Sunday night.....but pizza sucked. Soggy crust, no flavor, no taste to meat. We will know next travel through to go to the gas station for something to eat. read more

Last Friday passed through Pratt and stopped for lunch buffet. Pizza and service was 'ok'- the pizza selection was low on the buffet, but our reason for reviewing is the disgusting restrooms. The pizza was horrible it was cold. Way to,mich marinara sauce. Bought pizza for 10 ppl and all 10 agree, this is the nastiest pizza hut any of us have eaten at. Mind you we travel the 48 stAtes. Frustrating experience! While traveling I tried to call in a pizza for dine-in that would be ready when we arrived. I dialed 30 miles away. My call went to a call center and they supposedly transferred me to the local restaurant, which NEVER picked up the call. From a 2nd cell, while still on hold on 1st cell, I called again and was told dine in calls had to be transferred to restaurant. He supposedly ordered a pizza for pick up. We arrived at the restaurant still on hold on 1st cell. The phone was ringing non stop which appeared to be going unanswered. Our arrival was greeted very slow and not joyfully. I explained there should be a pizza ready for us marked for pick up. No pizza had been started nor could an order be found. We left and went to competitor a few blocks away. Sad because it's a great looking restaurant but other locals told us it has issues. read more

At 2:00 in the afternoon, I waited for 10 minutes to get seated. I peeked around the corner to hopefully, make someone aware of my presence. Sign at the door says, "Whoa, we will seat you!!" When no one showed up I went and seated myself. I then went to the salad bar and prepared a salad. Still no service. I went back to the salad bar to find a fork - no forks just ice tea spoons. So, I got an ice tea spoon. A young man was clearing the dinner buffet, so I got a small portion of pasta alfredo before he took it away. Still no service. I finished my salad and pasta with my teaspoon and wrote my experience down on a paper towel napkin. When I was leaving, a young lady was at the register to take my payment. I instead, asked for the manager, explained the experience, handed him my story on a napkin and told him that as far as I was considered - lunch was on Pizza Hut! He said "Absolutely!" I read more

Recently I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheese bread sticks from the Pratt Pizza Hut. This was the nastiest pizza I have ever had... the pizza crust was soggy, pizza was at best luke warm....we had asked for and was charged for three sides of marinara sauce but was not delivered with the order. I asked the delivery guy about this and he assured me that he was going to get those items and return with them...SURPRISE..SURPRISE.. SURPRISE,,he did not return with those items(after tipping this jerk $5.00). When a call was made to the Pizza Hut I was told that a fresh order of cheese bread along with the marinara sauce would be delivered......lied to again. for those keeping track that s twice!!!!!. called and asked to speak with the manager... placed on hold then hung up on after 10 minutes!....I will NEVER patronize the Pratt KS Pizza Hut ever again.
