All coming out in small increments taking quite some time... the guy in the car behind us got out of his car and went up to the door dash driver car and was walking closely around it just giving him the stink eye... the a lady in another car can up and was yelling at me about how long it was taking, she was a very angry older skinny woman with grey hair... I looked for local coffee shops and noticed that Craft has matcha, so off I went downtown! The atmosphere is really nice, though I felt like I was making a lot of squeaky noises as I walked inside. There were also tables outside and it was cool enough in the morning to sit, but there were several groups there so I stayed inside. I ordered a 16 oz iced matcha latte with almond milk and chatted with the cashier about it being my first day in McPherson. She was very friendly. I sat down at a table and watched the Tour de France on my phone while enjoying my matcha, watching many people come and go, happily enjoying their beverages. This is a very nice find in town!

I was recently in Pratt and searching for something good for lunch. I found Dippy's, which is a…read moreburger food trailer that seems to have a semi-permanent setup in an old gas station. They have some covered seating and outdoor areas to eat. The outdoor seating was nice and clean, but a bit loud with all the truck traffic going through the area. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I got the double dippy with tots and their dippy sauce which is a delicious fry sauce. For my girlfriend, I got their dippy bowl which is basically a double smash burger chopped up over lettuce and the other burger toppings. The food was made to order, and even with a few people in front of me was ready within a very reasonable time. The burger and burger bowl were excellent. The tots were good, and I really liked their house made fry sauce. A very worthwhile stop if you find yourself in this part of Kansas!
