I grew up in this town, but I've been living out of state for the last 30 years. So when I say "I…read morecan't believe I didn't know about this place," it's mostly because I am old and it is relatively new. I'm not out of the loop, I promise. That said, they have absolutely nailed the vibe. It is a welcoming, unique, incredibly cool, and comfortable coffee shop. The coffee was exactly the high-octane wake-up call I needed, and the biscuits and gravy were spectacular. The service here is top-tier--extremely friendly, fast, polite, and professional. If you are passing through town, make a detour and check it out. And if you currently live here and haven't been yet? You have no excuse. I had to leave the state for three decades; you just have to get off the couch. Go check them out

There were also tables outside and it was cool enough in the morning to sit, but there were several groups there so I stayed inside. I ordered a 16 oz iced matcha latte with almond milk and chatted with the cashier about it being my first day in McPherson. She was very friendly.
