They handed out our order and were very rude in their tone and manners, but forgot our drink. We sat in the window for a while hoping they would make it or that we could ask them about it, but rather we were greeted with a very unfriendly "your holding up our line will you go somewhere else" (mind you no one was behind us). read more

first the person on the speaker kept interrupting us and misunderstood everything we said, so then once we get our order, they make us pay for two extra orange juices and tell us it's what we had on the order so they didn't give us back our money. read more

Absolutely terrible! We stood for 10 minutes while the help ignored us and starred at us. We finally realized he had to order on the inside order board. one lady said she waited 45 minutes for an ice cream cone. We we finally got our food the lady practically threw our cups and bags at us. We tried to thank her and she just hugged something and walked off. They 1 forced us to move forward when we said no the woman at the window yelled at us and told us that we need to because she's busy. 2 when we pulled up and it took us 20 minutes to get our food. 3 my mother asked the carhop to wait to see if everything was in the bag and he said in the rudest time possible "no I have an order if you need something come pull back around" . one of the worst mcdonalds in the country. very poorly managed, always get your food wrong and just randomly close for no reason

the cashier lady (very young, maybe highschooler) was very rude, service was terrible by her. other employees were very nice and even apologized for the young worker's behavior and service. read more

I just went to McDonald's and was sitting there for at least 10 minutes for a quarter pounder meal. I ordered the one with bacon on it with no pickles and no onions. I get back to the dorms and there's pickles and onions on it but no bacon lol read more

Got some coupons in the mail for buy one get one free. Ordered 2 coffees, while waiting inside. Watched as people ordering after me got their food, sat, ate and then left. I have eaten at my fair share of them in the past and I have to say that this one goes above and beyond what I would expect from a McDonalds, their food was fresh the service was outstanding I have eaten there several times and have been pleasantly surprised every time. read more

The cup of coffee I ordered this morning at 6am in drive-thru was lukewarm. Inexcusable.

This place has really gone down especially the morning and overnight shifts. The employees are rude. For 2 weeks ice was being manually put into cups and drinks were semi warm when you got them in the drive thru. You have to pay to get a 3rd sauce when you buy a 10 piece mcnugget but they can't take money at the second wIndia so you have to pull around or go inside to purchase more sauce. The worst part is the dude attitudes of the drive thru window employees. read more
