Knowing you get more/better service with honey than vinegar, I went on to explain, "My wife just bought my two bean burritos and she said that you said the salsa was in the bag, but mine doesn't have any. Any chance I might get some," I said cheerfully. "No," She grunted again. Silence. Mmmm, first indication this was a spoof Mexican restaurant. Mexicans love to make you happy, and they don't grunt. And they have salsa. Can I buy some Salsa on the side?" "No," she now knows she has power over me. The spice that will turn a flat bean into magical morsel. And I'm getting no salsa. One employee in particular was so rude! I walked back to the counter to ask them to remake my plate because it was not what I ordered, and she threw the food towards the trash can which it ended up landing on the floor. The sass for a mistake their employee made, not me. I double checked the receipt too just to be sure that the food given to me was not what I ordered , and it wasn't. Changed my 3-star review to 1 star after waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes when there was only one car in front of me. The chips are really good, but the salsa is definitely Pace Picante or something similar. I feel that at a Mexican restaurant the salsa should be homemade. My husband and I went through the drive thru. Ordered the beef supreme specialty nacho combo. I was pleasantly impressed with this little fast food taco joint. The portions was generous and the service was fast despite the line in the drive thru. Definitely enjoyed the nacho supreme. I will be back!! read more

Taco Delite has some of the best fast food tacos you will ever find. I like to order both hard and soft shell tacos here with hot sauce. The meat is seasoned perfectly and there is just the right amount of heat. I love the fried cinnamon and sugar tortilla pieces you can get at the end of the meal, too. The drive through line can be a bit slow, so if you are in a hurry, make sure you stop inside to get your order. read more

I would not recommend it. The food was okay but it was kind of pricey for what you get. It was best said from the lady at the counter, " everything costs," when another customer asked about some extra salsa. The place sucks. Ordered 5 tacos and a burrito to go. It took 32 minutes to get my food. Got home and it was wrong. Had to go back and I had to wait another 9 minutes. Not only does their efficiency and customer service suck, the food is trash too. read more

Just like roxy we had a terrible experience.. Waste of 12$.. I don't review many places but I've got to say that this is probably the worst service, food, atmosphere, everything/anything that we've ever experienced.. The girl at the counter seemed annoyed when we simply asked her what came on the tacos and what kind of soda options they had.. When we switched from Mountain Dew to Sierra mist she literally rolled her eyes. I got the tacoburger thinking it was a burger that had taco toppings, but it's really just a sloppy joe with very little flavor.. My bfs tacos were cold and stale.. A customer came in from the drive thru saying they gave him the wrong order, and instead of firing up a new order for him they sat there and argued in front of him about who's fault it was, while my food sat on the counter without anyone calling it out, to the point where I had to walk up to ask if it was even ready yet.. The food taste very good. The service,however, is terrible. There is not one employee there that is happy with the job they are doing and reflect that showing on to the customer. I ordered soft tacos for my wife took them to her at work and went home, only to be called and told the were crunchy. Went back reordered told the girl what happened. She smiled and said " O I'm sorry" then shut the window in my face. The were also very slow in getting the food out. I guess our ordering was interrupting thier conversations. read more

Went into Taco Delite today with my friend. We both got tacos and stuff and the meat tasted gross almost like expired beans. My friend ate his first two tacos and when he got to the last one it had a bite taken out of it! Not even a piece torn off! A bite! And their meat spelt like burnt hair. We were NOT satisfied. My friend ordered a large taco tots and spend $4.37 on it. He expected a lot for a large but it was a very small amount. For the ingredients and amount they use it wouldnt have cost more that a dollar to make. No reason to sell it for more than $4! And the food was cold. I should not have to ask them to microwave their food. It must have been just sitting there waiting for someday to order tacos because they had my meal ready as soon as I got done paying for it. It was cold and the meat was gross and the coldness made it worse. We went to sonic afterwards because we couldn't even finish our meals they were so nasty. read more
