Terrible customer service at this location. Nobody else was there at 10:00 and I waited at the drive-thru for five minutes without any response so I drove up to the window. Just to start things off, everything about this restaurant was horrible. For starters the restrooms are disgusting, you walk in and about every toilet was clogged, and toilet paper was all over the ground. The toilet dispensar was broken and was laying on the ground. It felt as if no one had come in there to clean for about a month or more. Moving onto the customer service, I probably waited for my food for 45 minutes to an hour, and I had made an online order about 10 minutes prior to showing up. The food has finally came out and the guy had complained to me about there being orders of $100 or more, knowing that was a lie because I had been sitting in the lobby watching them, and seeing no sort of big orders coming through. A guy had came in after me and ordered and he still got his order before me and was out like 20 min before i got mine. And on top of all that the food made me feel sick. it was cold and was very sloppily made. My burrito had rips in it and they gave me no hot sauce even after all that time. I just went through the drive through at about 1:40pm on Sunday April 3rd and the middle aged woman working the drive through was absolutely horrible. I asked for 2 separate orders like I usually do but she told me I couldn't get that. I asked for hot sauce and she completely ignored me. If you like your Burrito Supreme with all the refried beans on one side and the dab of meat mixed with diced onions sloshing around at the other end, then this is the perfect fast food establishment for you. Personally, I like each bite to contain all the ingredients of the sandwich / tortilla. I'm giving this restaurant 2-stars because the guacamole was fresh and although I did not taste all the ingredients I was expecting, at least I didn't find any foreign objects in my order! I went there one day at lunch..arrived at 12:10..there were three cars in drive through and 4 people in the lobby, two of which were already eating..after 15 minutes waiting one of the other customers finally received their food and were visually unhappy with the wait..
