No silverware, no plates, 2 each of cinnamon and garlic sticks, never replentished. Pasta dish empty for 1/2 hour. No dipping sauce. 3 pans of 2-3 slices of pizza for 1/2 hour. Only brought out 3 more the rest of the lunch period. Server never checked us for refills of water. Had to drink the water faster as there wasn't much there for food. Looked like it was more important for staff to stand outside the front door for a vape break than take care of clients. read more

Unless you're in sitting down it's a crapshoot whether or not you'll get a decent pizza. The service is also kinda spotty. You'll most likely wait for a follow up for refills on drinks and secondary service of any kind. Upon arriving at Polson pizza hut there were were no cars in the parking lot. Now we know why. The pizza tasted like it was sitting in the back in a warmer all day. The chicken alfredo was tasteless and the service was spotty at best. We had to ask for plates, silverware, and was not offered drink refills. I have never gone to a pizza hut anywhere that had such bad food and poor service. :( read more

The last two times we went to the Polson Pizza Hut we did not even get waited on - the first time we thought it was a fluke. There were a couple other tables seated and they were eating. My husband and I waited for 15 minutes and no one even came over. Went back about 6 months later and same thing! We were seated and the staff (kids in high school) that were working just stood around talking - we finally left after 20 minutes. I could not believe it. Called the local restaurant phone number to order a pizza to be delivered, ended up being transferred to a call center with foreign persons handling the order after an extended period of waiting. Strong language barrier. Was told the order would be delivered in 30 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes pass and no delivery. Call again and the call center person says the order will be dispatched in 15 minutes, not delivered in 15 minutes. After an hour and 50 minutes after placing the delivery order, I call again to cancel the order and to have my credit charge reversed. They finally connect me to the restaurant where I explain that due to the delay that I want the order cancelled. The lady at the restaurant then becomes rude and says she will not cancel the order and that it is being dispatched. An argument ensues and becomes beligerant. Five minutes later a delivery person arrive, two hours after the order was placed. I told the delivery person that I had canceled the order and was not going to argue with them but would seek to have my credit card charrge reversed. Also told the delivery person that I ordinarily give a generous tip but not this time and that the issue and dispute was not directed towards the driver but instead the restaurant manager. The lady at the restaurant then calls me back and berates me. I tell her we she can go and hung up. Never will utilize the Polson Pizza Hut again. read more

Ordered from them last night for the first time...and last. Used the online site, easy to navigate. Said pizza would be here in 55-65 mins. Arrived within that timeframe but pizza was somewhere between luke warm and cold. It was dry, like it had been sitting around and the points of the slices were already starting to curl up, like old pizza! Veggies were shriveled. We ordered for contactless delivery and left the tip when we ordered but when the driver arrived, he knocked and waited for us to come to the door. Contactless? But at least he was wearing a mask. Pizza was nowhere near worth the $28 (delivery fee and tip included) that we paid. $5 frozen pizza is much better. Seriously. I do not understand the good reviews for this Pizza Hut. Would not recommend unless you enjoy a frustrating experience just to get a pizza. If you call in an order you get to talk with some guy in India who may or may not understand you and good chance your order won't go though. We ordered by phone, guy in India did not send it. Went to pick it up and Polson Pizza Hut has no record of it. Really shows they don't care about Polson customers when they hire a company in India to answer the phone for Pizza Hut. Customer gets horrible phone service so corporate monkeys keep labor costs down which earns them a bonus. read more

Extraordinarily rude staff. There were signs everywhere saying "open for dine in" but doors were locked. We asked at the drive-in if dine-in was available and the woman rudely said "dining room is closed" and when my boyfriend inquired why she said "BECAUSE IT IS!" so we didn't eat. Typical Pizza Hut nothing special. Main issue is Polson is expanding and Pizza Hut for this location has not updated their website for delivery with updated streets. Also, if you call for delivery they don't show up or get the order wrong. I'm already not a huge fan of Pizza Hut but the difficulties with this location really make me a non believer. It was absolutely the BEST PIZZA HUT IVE EVER HAD!! def beats California pizza. They even delivered a 6 pack of bud light so I didn't have to leave my flathead lake view room. Corporate Pizza Hut with a small town management and service team that needs great recognition. The buffet was well stocked with variety, cleanliness and attention to customer satisfaction. " How can we make ur meal and visit here any better " was the attitude of every employee. Service was prompt, polite and professional. Dirty tables were given priority attention and new customers were greeted with " hello and welcome" even at the very busy lunch rush. Salad bar, good variety, clean and maintained even with your typical obnoxious public who lets their kids run wild. I saw a waitress apologizing to a family for being in their way, while she was cleaning up a mess they had made. Pizza Hut corporate needs to know they have a great team in Polson Montana. read more

Never ever had a problem with this location.food,drink,location all good.never had a problem with any of the locations I have been to except for when certain ones I liked going to went out of business whether it was the carry out and delivery location on Burlington st.in Missoula mt.(it became a ambulance headquarters place).there were a few in Lansing and east Lansing mi that used to be in business but,either relocated or became various businesses such as a drug store,auto parts store,part of a bakery,a bail bonds place or simply is still vacant.other than that it's all good. read more

99% of the time when I get a pizza here in town, it's from Pizza Hut. Consistent quality, very friendly service. As I understand it, it's a privately owned franchise. Be careful of Pizza Hut's new Drizzle Sauce, my Balsamic was over-powering, and was not given the option of being able to put it on half the pizza when I ordered online. I have talked with 'The Powers That Be' and I now understand I can TRY a Drizzle Sauce by asking them to put the sauce in a condiment container to be applied to a slice to try. Popped in for the first time in 4 years because our last experience was so bad. Upon entering we were met with the buffet table that looked like locusts had just left. Food scraps on the floor and the salad bar had dressing and bits of lettuce on the surfaces surrounding the bowls. The final nail in the coffin was when an employee with pink hair returned to the soda machine carrying a soda pitcher and began to sneeze directly towards the pitcher. She made no attempt to wash her hands or discard the pitcher and obtain a clean replacement. Instead she filled up the contaminated pitcher with soda and proceeded to fill up the empty glasses of diners. Business as usual...we won't be back EVER! read more

I had an amazing day taking photos up in Glacier National Park with my family and there was nothing I wanted more than a nice meal from Chick-Fil-A but my mom made sure to let me know I was NOT getting what I wanted. As we dramatically passed the turn to go to Chick-Fil-A I lost all hope for a good meal. With minimal expectations for a good meal, my family decided to eat at good ole Pizza Hut. Mmmmmm yummy. We ordered the $29.99 family meal which comes with 2 medium pizzas and a "family set" of bread sticks. I was already salty that I didn't get my Chick-Fil-A but I wasn't gonna lie, cheesy bread sticks sounded so good. I felt that they would really hit the spot. I told my mom about this craving I was feeling so she asked the waitress if we could have half our breadsticks with some yummy cheese on them. Our waiter wasn't sure if the kitchen could do that so went and asked the cooks if my simple request of sprinkling some cheese on a piece of bread was possible. Our waitress came back with a disappointed look on her face and told us that the cooks couldn't go through the pain on putting cheese on our breadsticks. And that's when depression hit me full force and I knew, I simply could not move forward. Thank you Pizza Hut for making sure I got cheese on my breadsticks. read more
