By far the worst experience we've ever had at a Taco Bell. Driving home from a long trip we thought we'd stop and grab a bite. First off the help was beyond rude. No counter help said we had to order at the kiosk ok no biggie. But the F bombs dropped by them was offensive. It was Wednesday before thanksgiving and all they could do is rant about getting a day off. Ok but there wasn't one table in the place clean. And an employee who was I guess on her break crunching something so loud it was very annoying. And making rude comments about us discussing the filthy place. Another sketchy looking gal came in wanting water cups who knew the staff and filled them with soda?? Really free drinks?? We paid for ours. The chalupa my fiancé ordered was all lettuce see picture. I'm disgusted by the whole lack of pride in these employees attitudes. We'll never stop here again. read more

My wife and I ordered two combo meals with two drinks in the drive thru service lane today. They got my order mostly correct. The crew gave us fast service which was great. The cashier and crew were friendly too. They got the Nacho Bell Grande combo and special drink we ordered completely correct. A Crunchwrap Supreme was the item they mostly got correct. My Crunchwrap was missing the crunchy tostada shell inside so it had a mushy texture to it rather than crunchy like it should have been. I've been to this store both inside and the drive thru a few times. Tonight I wished I had eaten inside so I could have asked for another Crunchwrap. My sister and I came here when they first opened. The manager was working one of the cash registers. We do not come to Taco Bell often so neither of us have the menu memorized. So when we get up to order my sister was rudely told by the manager to hurry up and order. She stated she doesn't come to TB often and to hold on a second he proceeded to tell her that the menu was right there and hurry up. She ordered one thing and he asked if that was it and she said "uhm, no". As she is looking up at the menu he yells at her; "I think you filled your quota for uhms for the day..." First of all that is unprofessional, lacks tact and he should not be management if he is not representing the company in the best possible way. Second, the food came out slopped together and had to be the worst looking food I have ever seen. Third, the turn around time from ordering the food and then receiving it was 45 minutes. Sad to say that I will not be going here unless it's a last resort. Polson is expanding but with that expansion find quality employees and make sure the standard is not subpar. Just don't go here! Placed my order on the app. Went inside to pick it up when it said it was ready. Well, it wasn't ready and they told me they had other orders so I'd have to wait. Ok then. So I took a seat and waited with my husband. Several people walked in and were never even talked to by the workers. After about 10 minutes, we got our food. Good grief, bad is the only word I have. My Crunchwrap was completely open and the hard shell broken plus they still put the nacho cheese on it even though I ordered it without. After a few bites, I realized they didn't put meat on it. They forgot to give us our drink cups and the same with everyone else. The eat in area was dirty and gross. Just don't go here! Waste of money, time, and tastes like crap. Bummer! read more

Went here tonight to grab food for my family. I ordered the deluxe cravings box with the two crunchy taco chicken rolls that comes with cinnamon twists, two crunchy chicken roll tacos, a chalupa and a 5 layer burrito. Upon receiving it, I realized my cinnamon twists were missing as were my crunchy tacos. What I received instead was a chicken roll up quesadilla with a soft tortilla. I went inside and showed my receipt and told them the items I was missing. The lady working there was kind about it, but she went to tell another employee so that he could help with the order and he very loudly called me a liar. He was a heavier man, wish I had gotten his name. I managed a fast food restaurant Never in a million years would I call a customer a liar. If one of my employees had called a customer a liar, they would have been fired on the spot. So the messed up order on top of the rude employee gets a 1 star. read more

Every time I've ordered there it's always some thing, forgot to give me one of the items or completely just messed the whole thing up. I can honestly say this Taco Bell is the best possible place for your car to break down. Conveniently located next to an O'Reilly Auto Parts, with striking views of Flathead and The Mission Mountains, the experience was anything but ordinary. When we went through the drivethru and asked for "as much fire sauce as [they] could legally give us" we were surprised at the window with a bag filled to the brim of roughly 100 sauces. The workers were extremely friendly, and although the lobby was closed they allowed us to use their restroom facilities and outdoor patio. Additionally a worker on her break provided us with pleasant conversation as well as menu recommendations such as avocado ranch which we insisted to try on our next visit. Although I live nearly 2500 miles from this Taco Bell I would make it a point to go back again. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever gone to. Here are the reasons: Food takes forever (with less than 5 customers) we stood and waited at least 15 minutes. They have gotten our drive food wrong several times. It is wrong or they forgot 3 burritos, etc... Try getting anyone on the phone to help you in these cases and you are out of luck. Here is the service #(406-872-2500) listed to call but when you call it says it is full and not taking any more calls. When you do return with the order (driving back the 14 minutes to the location) NOT ONE apology. NONE. They will look at you, fix it then and hand it back. The drive through is not faster. One day I asked why two cars were taking that long (12 minutes and counting) to get their food and they said it was because they were switching over shifts (it was around 4pm). I was in complete shock. We have received a hair in our taco. Cleanliness does not seem to be top priority. We LOVE Taco Bell and were very happy to hear Polson was getting one. We get there at 7:47pm on a Thursday night. The gal at the counter says, "Just so you know we are out of flatbread." Crap, that's the only thing I eat there. I let the couple behind me go, they get the same thing, but then say they are also out of 6" tortillas and almost out of beef! So the guy was going to order a 12 pack and so were we. She says not enough for his 12 pack. WTH? It's a Taco Bell how do you run out of beef? The employee was nice, but this is total bull. Every other time we go here there is a problem with the food, but this time we just walked out. I think it will be the last time we ever go there. Whoever is in charge should be fired. read more

Tried to order inside because we had a trailer and didn't want to bring it through the drive through but manager said they couldn't accommodate us, then I asked if I could walk through the drive trough and again they said no. Lastly, I asked if I could order and just stand outside and wait. Again , the poor employee who would have been more than happy to make something work went and asked his manager and again he said no!! So with no other option we drove through the drive through with the trailer and got yelled at and asked to never bring a trailer through the drive through.
