We had a mobile order and sat in line for over 20 minutes. They didn't mix one of our mcflurries, they just dumped the toppings on it and left it unmixed. We ordered extra toppings on the unmixed mcflurry and there definitely wasn't extra. Overall probably wouldn't come here again. read more

Ever since remodel service has gone down hill. Being asked to park and wait for 10 min for a iced coffee. But last night had the worst service ever. Waiting 25 min inside for food and when I got my big mac I was like this has to be a joke. The lettuce under my bottom bun with sauce then a bunch both Patty's and then next two buns on top. When asked to make it right they took my food back and rearranged it and handed it back. I was whatever I'm hungry took a bite and the thing was cold. If I could give a negative 2,000 stars I would. After a beautiful wedding some friends and I decided to head to McDonald's for a snack, little did I know it would ruin McDonald's for me FOREVER. We ordered our burger and started chowing down... half way through I noticed my burger was RAW. Yes... you read that right, raw. As in I could still hear faint "moo-ing" in the distance. I'm not the type to get upset over something that was clearly an "accident"... but what made this even worse was the customer service. They were not sincere nor very apologetic. Customer service was great while the food is another story. I visited yesterday & was happy to find brown crusty fries that only filled the medium container half full. I kindly asked for new fries considering the situation they were nice and didn't second guess, maybe it happens often. I open the bag to my "new" fries and they're brown and crusty again, not sure if they're not changing oil or constantly overcooking? Anyways, by the time I got to eat my sandwich was cold. So I went through the drive thru last night at about 7:30, all I ordered was a hot fudge sundae and a sweet tea. We waited in the drive thru for about 20 to 25 minutes, when I got to the window the young high school student said here's your food, my response was I didn't order any food but the van in front of me just drove off maybe the wait wasn't worth getting their food. So we sat and waited for my hot fudge sundae and sweet tea, the boy handed me my sweet tea, I like to taste it before I drive off, of course it wasn't sweet, so I asked for another, he handed me another one with no ice and again it wasn't sweet. I had seen the McDonald's cheesy bacon fries on tv. Couldn't wait to try them. Went thru the drive thru a 3:30 in the afternoon. They were the worst fries ever! Cold and dried out. The cheese was also cold. The Bacon was just bacon bits. I called to complain, and they told me the fries were fresh. I said no they weren't, they were cold and so was the cheese. Chicken nuggets were crispy - fried to perfection. Hot and fresh. Despite the lunch crunch they got me thru quick. McDonalds is always there when you need them. This is a nice location to stop and use the washroom on your journey. Clean and cool bathrooms. read more
