Jojo left and new owners are taking us back in a time to the original Donkey. Open merely a week and a limited menu, but I was only coming here for wings anyway. Got 10 mild and garlic parm boneless bites. The mild sauce would be considered hot anywhere else. Super tasty. Garlic parm was not overpowering and quite perfectly balanced. Highly recommend both. We also tried the chicken empanadas and they were super tasty along with the two dipping sauces. So glad this off the beaten path restaurant and bar has reopened. Can't wait to come back. I did come back 8/5 and had another amazing time on bite night. Delicious!

I like to avoid chains at all costs and support local businesses, so this came up when the boys said they were jonesing for wings. Really cute place in a residential neighborhood. We ordered Buffalo wing bites and mozzarella sticks. Good flavor & tasty with a nice amount of heat. (I lived in Western NY for years - I know my wings!) They were generous with the ranch dressing as well. (My kid doesn't like blue cheese dressing - weirdo!) Good mozzarella sticks had that Gen Z-pleasing "cheese-pull!" The owner was kind & welcoming and the service was quick & friendly. A great place to refuel hungry athletes! (Or anyone who loves boneless wings!) Would like to return one day for the pizza and try an Old Forge pie Nina's way.

She asked whether we wanted a booth or table; when we said booth, she abruptly tossed four menus onto a nearby table and walked away without a word. The single star is for our server, who immediately read the situation, asked if we'd been abandoned, and then provided excellent, attentive service. She was professional and kind and deserved far more credit. Unfortunately, the hostess's attitude set a terrible tone and should not be what guests encounter in a customer-facing role.

We came ready to do some serious wing research and tried the **Mild, 1905 BBQ Glaze, Hot Garlic, and Hot Honey Chipotle** -- and not a bad choice in the bunch.
