Ordered food arrived late and cold. The next week this location reaches out to see how the order was. After telling them it arrived late and was cold they offered compensation. When they went to refund my order their computer would not let them because they somehow refunded it to someone else. They then told me I would have it credited to use at any location. This also did not work. Then for a third failure they said they would mail me a gift card. It has been over 2.5 months and no compensation has happened and to add to this Trish and the establishment have stopped any correspondence. read more

I put in a carry out order online and it immediately said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived and ended up sitting another 30 minutes. Worker finally said the order had been deleted and was never prepared even though it was verified when I first arrived. I attempted to explain this and show Misty but she said she knew how it works and dismissed me threatening to ban me.this was in front of another customer and extremely rude. No other employees at this location are rude, all other locations will attest to the fact that I am prompt and patient.and always treat myself and other customers with respect. I placed an order at 8:40pm or so around almost closing time at ten I called and asked where my order was. I was told if that was carry out hold on. She said yes we are so sorry we are on our way right now with your pizza. I already didn't want o spend $45 for pizza hut but I've never had a problem before week except waiting longer but let me tell you this pizza was straight trash. Luke warm the crust is hard as a rock and you can tell it's been sitting in a warmer it just looks old. I called immediately said this pizza is cold n the bread is hard. Can we get a new pizza. The food is ok, exactly what you would expect from a pizza hut. The problem is the staff. Expert level rude, especially the woman with long blonde hair. When I went to pick up my pizza, all of the staff was in back, in plain sight, giggling and playing with their phones. They could clearly see me waiting. One of them let the blonde woman know I was there waiting and, I kid you not, she said loud enough for me to hear, "she can wait". Finally, after standing at the counter for at least 5 mins, she came over and ask what I needed. I got my pizzas and paid. Now I will usually tip if the service is even just ok, but she was so rude, I put 0 in the tip line. They make a full wage and I didnt eat in or have it delivered. And I have to agree exclamation point after having the best pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut a while back, I tried the cheesy crust the next time and unfortunately it's stuck to the lid of my box. I wish I could give negative star amounts!!! After a very long wait, I attempted to call and check up on our pizza. They hung up on me 4 times before telling me they needed to forward my call to someone who could cancel my order?!?! This lead to me being placed on hold, where I stayed until someone finally showed up with my pizza an hour and a half later. I can't even call to complain because of the ridiculous way phone calls are handled. So, Im sitting here eating $35 worth of cold pizza and poking at raw, doughy breadsticks and hating Pizza Hut. Today was our second trip to this particular Pizza Hut. The first time the service was pretty bad but everyone has a bad day now and then so we gave it another shot...for my boyfriend's birthday. I know that makes it sound as if I don't love him that much but we had the kids with us and I promised him a redo in the near future. When we came in the manager was walking by and told us we could sit anywhere. We chose a booth near the salad bar and the floor around the salad bar was just LITTERED with food. And big chunks, not crumbs. There was a dustpan standing in the middle of the floor in the general area. Just standing there. No broom that I could see though. We waited so long for a server we thought we had been missed, "But that guy said to sit down and he was the manager", "I don't know if he even works here, I haven't seen him again." "Jackie, I KNOW it was the manager, I read his name tag." And so on and so forth until finally a girl came along to take our order. We ordered our drinks before we got menus. Birthday boy ordered tea but got sweet tea but it was replaced quickly. In the meantime we had a hard time spotting employees. We didn't see anyone until our appetizer of bbq wings finally came out. It took long enough that I doubted we'd get them before the pizza but we did. I know wings take awhile to cook so I expected them to be slow but I would've REALLY liked some extra napkins with them. We would have asked but we never saw a server. After we finished the wings and everyone got up to wash their hands due to the napkin shortage, the pizza FINALLY arrived. I was pretty happy because I'd begun sprinkling parmesan on the bbq sauce on my plate and eating it. And I also ate the rest of the ranch. I wish we'd have been offered new plates for the pizza but alas we were not and we'd given up really at that point so we ate our pizza off our bbq (and in my case parmesan and bbq) smeared plates. Birthday boy had to get up and go to the counter and ask a cook for a box for our leftovers. Just about that time, a girl we hadn't previously seen walked by and picked up the big chunks of food by the salad bar. The dustpan was still standing there but did her no good at all without the broom so she just bent over and picked up as much as she could carry. I appreciated the effort. We decided we might as well not wait around for a server so got up and stood by the register hoping to pay. There were some people milling around behind the counter, one of them using the POS but the only one to acknowledge us was the same nice boy we got the box from. Our bill was about $40 and I did something I've NEVER done.... I only tipped 10%. The food was pretty good though. Just order take out our delivery. Don't eat there. read more

Went in for dine in. Got our drinks after being ignored about 10 minutes. Never got a menu. So I grabbed a carry out menu. Still never had anyone come to take our order so I went to the register to order carry out. While again being ignored watched the guy taking the money also making the pizzas without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Finally we put 5 dollars on the table to cover the drunks we hadn't drank and left. Will never go back read more

Table was wiped off but trash was pushed up against the walls. Slow service, server doesn't seem to have to ability to count above 3. We have a family of four. Received 3 straws, and silverware. ordered 4 drinks, got three. Ordered two different medium pizzas got the second after the first was gone. Refills were given but they kept our straws, had to request new ones and waited 5 min for them. Absolutely ridiculous. read more
