The location is convenient in terms of where it is to the highway. It is easy to access and the parking lot is usually pretty open, even for a small lot. The food there is averaging most pizza huts in terms of food and cost. My family has visited this area a hand ful of times since moving to the area. The food has the same quality every time. Making it consistent. In terms of the cookie desert, it always smells burnt and isn't very good. So while we recommend the pizza, the cookie is 2/10. In terms of staff though, we have only interacted with one woman that was nice and seemed to be having a good day. I don't know if we just come at the wrong times (though our times and days have varied) or if this place just is horrible to work for because we often get such rude staff that look like they just pulled a 12 hour shift and hate everything and everyone. Toss of the receipt, ignoring, and often unhelpful. There was one visit where we picked up through the drive thru and about 6 min down the road we realized the order was wrong. We had a few pizzas, a liter soda, and some sauces. Roughly 3. We ended up with two pizzas and 1 sauce. I don't know what we were thinking when we drove off with the obvious mistake. I went through the drive thru again and told the woman what happened. I got a blank stare and then she said no you didn't have all that and continued to ignore me after that. Not even caring to see my app. As a result I had to go inside. I did get to meet a very nice woman at that point. She said you know what I do remember at least a soda for your order. And I showed her the app information and she is like yep I'll fix it. We were in and out. But the first girl was mind blowing. The other helpful woman though had a personality that fixed all of that. Unfortunately, it seems that is rare amongst staff here. read more

Terrible Management Oversight - Don't Push Out Your Best Server! I am giving this one star strictly because of a toxic shift hand-off that ruined an otherwise great experience. Yesterday, I came in and was being taken care of by Tonya. As always, Tonya was amazing--smiling, professional, and going the extra mile. She is the face of this Pizza Hut. Watching her handle families, interact with kids who literally call her "the pizza lady," and prioritize the customer is why we keep coming back. Our town desperately needs good service, and Tonya is the definition of it. The one-star rating is for the new girl who aggressively and rudely hijacked Tonya's table mid-order. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Tonya was clearly upset by this blatant rudeness, yet she maintained her composure and continued to serve me flawlessly. To make matters worse, this new girl couldn't even remember a simple drink order, and then had the nerve to run to the manager when Tonya was rightfully upset by her behavior. Management needs to wake up and fix this immediately. Customers should always be number one, and Tonya is the only one ensuring that happens. If you let a toxic, incompetent new hire bully and push out a loyal, dedicated, and beloved server like Tonya, you will lose a massive base of regular customers. Give Tonya the praise and protection she deserves, and train your new staff on basic etiquette and respect. read more

We waited for over 15 minutes while the lady in the kitchen stared at us didn't acknowledge us at all and when the delivery driver got back reeking of marijuana like he had been outback smoking he said we could sit anywhere then he ran in the back not coming back to help or get anyone to help us so overall the service here is total shit I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone go to Hempstead Pizza Hut if you want decent service read more

Pizza was good. However, on a Saturday night no wings or salads. Service was slow considering we were the only ones in the restaurant.

Pizza Hut Navasota Texas: Last week you were a solid 4.5-5 stars. Open on time; buffet ready; and good service. This week, yesterday 9/19/24 you couldn't even get the doors open until 11:10 A.m. then we were told the buffet doesn't actually open until 11:30, contrary to what it says on your door and all your adverts. That's not good enough. I came hungry. Didn't feel like waiting. We left and went to the Mexican buffet across the street. They were open and ready. read more

It was a slow Saturday afternoon. Service was on par and pizza was delicious. The waitress busted just enough to be friendly but no overwhelming. It's a 1990 style pizza joint so don't expect cozy ambiance. The location was easy to find. read more

We just stopped here with our kids on our way thru Navasota. Richard was our waiter. He greeted us in a friendly manner, told us as soon as the buffet was ready, offered us salads, & checked on us periodically (good amount!). The buffet was an excellent value for $5.99 & included a salad, pizza, pasta, & dessert! The restaurant was clean & had a great atmosphere. The food was delicious & hot! The restrooms were even clean. We would defiantly recommend! read more

Pizza Hut - a plate of pizza, pasta and sauce - Pizza Near Me - Navasota, Texas

Order 2 pizzas and wings, with drinks. Received my wings and one pizza. Then waited 25 mins for our second pizza. Worst service!

Food is Pizza Hut, no complaints there. Device is awful. Most employees are nice so not sure if it's just lack of training/ management but the service here is not very good. Orders take awhile, lot employees don't seem to know what to do. Lot just standing around. Last time was there one employee had her kid with her. Like a baby and she was carrying around waiting tables... hey I get it's a family restaurant but didn't expect that lol read more

Basically slow, never even asked if we needed a refill, never got my cinnamon sticks, so we just payed and leave, you will be ripped off and they won't pay attention to you at all read more

I go here with friends I a regular basis. (Mainly for the buffet) The serving staff is almost always I point even knowing exactly what I want to drink the moment I walk into the door. I try to order delivery every other weekend and they deliver on time with friendly service. Though! Once, several years ago, I ordered a sandwich for lunch (I have 30 minutes free from work) and it took over an hour to arrive. They gave it to me for free when they realized their mistake. I have never had another instance like this since. read more

Laughable service. I asked to place a to go order. He said "yeah, but it'll be a while cuz she's on the phone"

Horrible service and food. Brought our food out at different times and then one of the sandwhiches had raw chicken, one sandwich was not made like we asked, had to wait for fries which was ordered with meal. Manager or whoever kept joking and laughing like it was funny, when we were ready to go at that point. Always has been crappy but today was horrible. read more

This is the BEST Pizza Hut ever. I live in Montgomery and drive out here to get their thin crust. It is amazing. Really kudos to the team here and the great job they do on their pizza. It is the best around for miles!!! read more

Pretty good! Always pleased with the service and drive through! I love the remodeled bathroom, it looks much cleaner. I think the buffet could be a bit bigger though. read more

We were given undercooked chicken wings - which resulted in food poisoning and a pizza that was overcooked. I spoke with the general manager whom said well, I'll give you a $15 credit, that should make you happy, huh? I attempted to explain, no that doesn't even cover the cost of the wings. She pretty much told me to take it or leave it, they weren't offering anything else - including an apology. Very poor customer service that obviously matches their very poor cooking abilities. read more

I visited here last week, my waitress was very nice and the service was great. We had cheese sticks and spaghetti.

I always stop here after the period festival down the road. We have been stopping for many years now, but this year was the best visit yet! Despite a little kitchen mix-up, our server Tierra provided us with customer service far above what I could have ever hoped for! I always love Pizza Hut, but this location is a delight thanks to Tierra. read more

Be sure and ask for Richard to help you!! Over the top service and great buffet too.

Don't stop here unless you want to be served by rude waitress. We walked out after initially being acknowledged and then the "hostess" walked off read more

I've been in the drive through line for longer than 25 minutes...... GO INSIDE, THIS IS THE SLOWEST RESTURANT EVER!!! I'm in line so I don't even know if the food is good or not. We are HUNGRY!! You would be better of in college station. We even called it in, Navasota needs another pizza place desperately!!! read more

Bad service during lunch hour. Management apologized but wait staff is careless. Do not go here during lunch hour. I waited 40 mins for a salad. read more

By far one of the worst services ever, I waited around 30-40 min on a pizza which through drive threw it takes about 15. And it doesn't take 30 minutes to get a drink! The waiter clearly doesn't listen because I even asked for my drink for "to go" and they still severed me a glass cup. read more

This location is normally pretty good to dine in but I called 25 min before closing and got hung up on 3 times and when they finally answered they said they threw their dough out. The website was going to allow me to place the order and said it would take 15 min but it was easier for me to call it in. Drove by and there's still around 10 cars in the parking lot. read more

Pizza is ok. Have had better Pizza Hut pizza but have also had worse. My main complaint was delivery time - took an hour and a half for 2 medium pizzas and a order of wings on a Wednesday night. Completely unacceptable. read more

The Cherry pepper bombshell has to be of the best pizzas that the hut has produced in all of their years of pizza creating, however the fine establishment in Navasota cannot seem to follow simple directions because twice now I have received the pie missing at least one, if not more, ingredients. read more

Delivery was on time and hot. Ordered take out a few nights later and pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. Have not done the dine in. Overall I was impressed and usually don't order pizza hut. No five stars because it's pizza hut. read more

I waited almost 2 hrs for my delivered pizza, I was thinking that it was never going to come and I just when I gave up, they guy showed up at my place and apologized for the wait and said he didn't have any change for my $20 bill. So he ran off with my change and took it as for tip money. Last time I ordered was a bad experience, the pizza I ordered was like 14.85 (about 15) I gave him $25. Obviously I wanted a bill back. (T.T) well instead he gave 8 bucks back. Did he not know how to count? Did he really just take tip money out of my change? Really. Im not a penny pincher or anything but tip fare well depending the good service I receive and that was terrible service. I had to gripe and complain to a manager on site and all she said was that it was a common mistake and kept saying oh it was just a simple mistake. And did not take ownership or offered any apology. Pretty embarrassing for the driver to drive back to my place to return stolen tip money that he did not deserve and personally to me. Took my money with out my permission. What crooks. Pizza Hut - This what you should expect from Navasota Pizza Hut. - Pizza Near Me - Navasota, Texas

LaTerrica was amazing, from start to finish. She took my order over the phone and met me at the window; all while being so kind, helpful, and polite. She truly stood out to me and I can say that there is still good people in this world that take the time to do their job, and make the customer happy. I hope she has a blessed evening! read more

Very disappointing.. I was really craving the chocolate dunker sticks that Pizza Hut serves. When I placed the to go order for the sticks, the waitress told me that it would only take 15 minutes so I found a spot to wait. Well, 20 minutes later I receive no information about my order and I felt like I was forgotten about. So I went back to the register and asked about my food and I was then told that my order was never placed. She apologized then had the order ready in 10 min. The funny thing is, while I was waiting the extra 10 minutes I decided to see if there were any reviews about this pizza hut location and there was! I laughed hysterically because all of the reviews described this place as I would have at that moment. Overall; slow service, negligence from waiters and a weak apology for their mistake. Also, half the people working were teenagers. (Dunkers were decent) read more
