Pizza was good. However, on a Saturday night no wings or salads. Service was slow considering we were the only ones in the restaurant.

The location is convenient in terms of where it is to the highway. It is easy to access and the parking lot is usually pretty open, even for a small lot. The food there is averaging most pizza huts in terms of food and cost. My family has visited this area a hand ful of times since moving to the area. The food has the same quality every time. Making it consistent. In terms of the cookie desert, it always smells burnt and isn't very good. So while we recommend the pizza, the cookie is 2/10. In terms of staff though, we have only interacted with one woman that was nice and seemed to be having a good day. I don't know if we just come at the wrong times (though our times and days have varied) or if this place just is horrible to work for because we often get such rude staff that look like they just pulled a 12 hour shift and hate everything and everyone. Toss of the receipt, ignoring, and often unhelpful. There was one visit where we picked up through the drive thru and about 6 min down the road we realized the order was wrong. We had a few pizzas, a liter soda, and some sauces. Roughly 3. We ended up with two pizzas and 1 sauce. I don't know what we were thinking when we drove off with the obvious mistake. I went through the drive thru again and told the woman what happened. I got a blank stare and then she said no you didn't have all that and continued to ignore me after that. Not even caring to see my app. As a result I had to go inside. I did get to meet a very nice woman at that point. She said you know what I do remember at least a soda for your order. And I showed her the app information and she is like yep I'll fix it. We were in and out. But the first girl was mind blowing. The other helpful woman though had a personality that fixed all of that. This week, yesterday 9/19/24 you couldn't even get the doors open until 11:10 A.m. then we were told the buffet doesn't actually open until 11:30, contrary to what it says on your door and all your adverts. We just stopped here with our kids on our way thru Navasota. Richard was our waiter. He greeted us in a friendly manner, told us as soon as the buffet was ready, offered us salads, & checked on us periodically (good amount!). The buffet was an excellent value for $5.99 & included a salad, pizza, pasta, & dessert! The restaurant was clean & had a great atmosphere. The food was delicious & hot! Food is Pizza Hut, no complaints there. Device is awful. Most employees are nice so not sure if it's just lack of training/ management but the service here is not very good. Orders take awhile, lot employees don't seem to know what to do. Lot just standing around. Last time was there one employee had her kid with her. I go here with friends I a regular basis. (Mainly for the buffet) The serving staff is almost always I point even knowing exactly what I want to drink the moment I walk into the door. I try to order delivery every other weekend and they deliver on time with friendly service. Though! Once, several years ago, I ordered a sandwich for lunch (I have 30 minutes free from work) and it took over an hour to arrive. They gave it to me for free when they realized their mistake. We were given undercooked chicken wings - which resulted in food poisoning and a pizza that was overcooked. I spoke with the general manager whom said well, I'll give you a $15 credit, that should make you happy, huh? I attempted to explain, no that doesn't even cover the cost of the wings. She pretty much told me to take it or leave it, they weren't offering anything else - including an apology. I always stop here after the period festival down the road. We have been stopping for many years now, but this year was the best visit yet! Despite a little kitchen mix-up, our server Tierra provided us with customer service far above what I could have ever hoped for! By far one of the worst services ever, I waited around 30-40 min on a pizza which through drive threw it takes about 15. And it doesn't take 30 minutes to get a drink! The waiter clearly doesn't listen because I even asked for my drink for "to go" and they still severed me a glass cup. read more

I waited almost 2 hrs for my delivered pizza, I was thinking that it was never going to come and I just when I gave up, they guy showed up at my place and apologized for the wait and said he didn't have any change for my $20 bill. So he ran off with my change and took it as for tip money. Last time I ordered was a bad experience, the pizza I ordered was like 14.85 (about 15) I gave him $25. Obviously I wanted a bill back. Very disappointing.. I was really craving the chocolate dunker sticks that Pizza Hut serves. When I placed the to go order for the sticks, the waitress told me that it would only take 15 minutes so I found a spot to wait. Well, 20 minutes later I receive no information about my order and I felt like I was forgotten about. So I went back to the register and asked about my food and I was then told that my order was never placed. She apologized then had the order ready in 10 min. The funny thing is, while I was waiting the extra 10 minutes I decided to see if there were any reviews about this pizza hut location and there was!
